A couple of weeks ago, I purchased tickets from stubhub for myself for the Bonamossa show in Long Beach on Fri., **-**-**. A few days later, I bought tickets for my son and his wife from ticketmaster for the same show. They were unable to attend, and I noticed I could try to sell them on your site. I had also found front row seats on another site for close to the same price I paid for the **th row seats, which I purchased. So I decided to try to sell both sets of tickets on your site. I received the emails that both sets had sold, I followed the "click here" links and was told I was finished. I went to the show and when I got home around midnight, I had a voicemail on my phone time stamped at *:** p.m. (the show started at *:**) stating that the tickets I sold that I bought from ticket master were not transferred correctly and to please call asap. I was at the show at that time. Anyway, I called you guys the next day to ask what happened. The gal explained to me that they had to refund the people and they were unable to see the show. I have never used this service before and wasn't aware of how transfers were done* I had clicked on the emails and thought everything had gone through correctly. I was charged $**.** for making an honest mistake. As I previously said, this was the first time I used your selling service and I really feel penalized for making an honest mistake. I wasn't trying to rip anyone off or anything of the sort. I was so happy when I had found out they had sold. I felt terrible when I was told they didn't get in. I would really like to be refunded the $**.**. I have enjoyed buying tickets from you and will continue to do so, but I will not make the selling mistake again. **Thank you,*Tammy Pawelczak
