The issue in GetHuman-lgwannan's own words
Lawrence Wannan****-***-******I sold a pair of tickets to Thursday's Winnipeg Jets game. My season's tickets are in Section ***, Row *. I found out shortly after selling the tickets that when I created the listing you by default listed my tickets in Section *** Loge. There is only one row in the loge. As a result of your actions I lost the sale and had my tickets returned to me and I was penalized $**, which coincidentally was the amount that my tickets sold for. I have subsequently re-listed my tickets, but I believe I have been treated unfairly by StubHub. I listed my tickets correctly (Section ***, Row *), but your system described them as being in the loge. I'm now forced to sell the tickets just to make up for the penalty, but you get a seller's commission from me for a second time. I believe that not only is it not right for you to incorrectly categorize my tickets and expect me to be solely responsible, but to ding me a second time for selling the tickets is also really lousy. You described my tickets as loge and now the buyer will be sitting in the building's most expensive seats for the price of the building's cheapest seats. You've protected the buyer's purchase by offering him loge seats that I've been forced to pay for and you've got my seller's commissions. Everyone here is a winner, but me. And all I did was correctly list the location of my tickets and learn after the fact that you described them as loge. While I expect that nothing will come from this, I think you should at the very least change your default setting so that any *** level tickets are deemed to be upper level and not loge. There is only one row of loge seating in the ***s, whereas there are **-** rows of *** level seating.**Thanks,**Larry Wannan.
