Dear Stubhub, I am writing to you out of frustration and dissatisfaction with your service. I had bought tickets to the American Music Awards. About * hours after I purchased the tickets, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. The email did not address the issue, when I called the person on the phone was no help and seemed bothered by my phone call. She was giving me no information only an attitude. Should you keep doing this or letting this kind of situation continue, you will have nothing but sellers in your site and no buyers. I have bought tickets many times before but honestly I rather pay more from other sites.
GetHuman1037224 did not yet indicate what StubHub should do to make this right.
