I had purchased tickets to the Kenny Chesney concert(with old dominion and Thomas Rhett) at Heinz field in Pittsburgh, Pa. on June *nd, ****. upon arriving at the concert, we went to get into the event and the tickets won’t scan, and the check in person’s screen says “invalid tickets”. At this point we don’t know what’s happening, and we’re frustrated because we bought tickets from stubhub, which is supposed to be safe. We get sent over to the box office, after standing in line for hours to get in we have to get back out of line to see what the problem is. We go over to the box office, and the guy at the window tells us that the tickets are junk. He said when the tickets were purchased, the seller got the money refunded back to them and resold the tickets. Now we’re just angry, we stood in line for hours, spent $*** on tickets that we couldn’t use, and we don’t even want to be there anymore. The guy at the window takes our tickets(which I can send pictures of, I still have them) and writes VOID across both of them. Now we’re standing outside this venue, angry, looking stupid, and embarrassed. We bought these tickets from a website we THOUGHT was secure. We end up buying tickets to different seats because we were just mad at this point and wanted to go inside and fix this issue. My boyfriend called stub hub and they were NOT helpful. We want this problem fixed. Upon going back into the concert venue, we make our way to our seats, which are awful. We are way up the very top, and can’t see anything. The tickets WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE, were in great seats, great location. We just get even more mad after seeing where we are stuck at now. At the very least I want my money back for the seats that I WASN’T ABLE TO SIT IN. I would also like to be compensated for the seats that I had to sit in because I wasn’t able to use tickets from YOUR WEBSITE. *Original tickets: section lower ***, row E, seats * & **The order number for these tickets is ***********The seats that we ended up in and were very upset with were: section ***, row LL seats ** & ** **I would like this issue resolved as quickly as possible**Thank you,*Kaylee Leonard
