I was ordering a scooter from LunarScooter.com ... I was ordering a scooter from LunarScooter.com. The charge went thru, and it was $***, but they did not ship the scooter. After I called them, they said Stripe flagged the transaction as fraud, so the money was not released. Even though it had been charged in my credit card. AVOID STRIPE!!! There is NO Phone number to call. BAD Customer service!!!
Stripe held up the money for the reason that they detected a Fraud
Stripe should compensate the delay caused by money being held up
I am a legit customer, I have purchased items from online such as from amazon.com, walmart.com, rockauto.com, etc... But never experience something like this. Money got held up, no human customer service to talk to
I called LunarScooter, emailed them, and they still had not shipped the item yet. They say, oh, tomorrow you should see a confirmation. But I thought they agreed to ship the item yesterday. I suspect the money is still held up somewhere between Stripe and LunarScooter
