Hi. I have an account with Shopify. Back in February someone logged into my account and entered a fake account information and removed my information. Therefore they were able to obtain about $**** worth of funds from me. However after an FBI investigation they have come to the conclusion that The bank account never used was not a real number and the funds never went to that account or to Bank of America. Therefore they truly feel that the funds are in limbo somewhere. I need someone from straight to reach out to me and let me know where these funds went. If it’s fact I actually did go to Bank of America then I am going to need to see some sort of proof of that so we can get to the bottom of this matter.
