I purchased the ZTE wireless home phone base station to update the current home phone per your recommendation. My wireless home phone * is ***-***-****. Friday I tried to activate the new base but was unsuccessful and contacted your customer service department who tried to help with the situation but was also unsuccessful. It was determined by your representative that the unit I purchased was defective and you would replace it. *The last rep I talked to stated he would send an email with a return label I could print and use to return the defective base unit. That was on Friday the **th and to date I have not received the email. Would appreciate your attention to this matter.
