I'm frustrated by how my account balance drops significantly after talking for just under a minute. This has been a recurring issue. When I tried reaching customer service at [redacted], the number wasn't working. Instead, I called [redacted]1 and got charged for talking for [redacted] seconds. Other networks let you talk for free after a certain time. My balance went down from [redacted]# to [redacted]# because of these deductions. I rarely use this Glo number for calls because it quickly drains my balance even with short calls. I value using Glo for data but constantly having to flash my contacts due to call issues is upsetting. This problem needs urgent attention as I'm becoming frustrated with the situation. Thank you.

I received my new ZTE internet home phone base (Z723EL) today, but it arrived without the backup battery. Despite spending about 1 1/2 hours on the phone, I found out that the unit can function without the battery. The map indicates a strong signal in my area. The device powers up as the power light comes on, but during the signal search, the network strength lights flash red and then only the red antenna light remains on stating "searching for service," "limited to no service," and "LTE or IMS registration failed." I have yet to go through the activation process as I need to ensure the base station operates and detects a good signal before transferring my current home phone number. I must cancel my home phone service promptly to avoid an additional monthly bill. This is just the initial problem. After struggling for three days, spending around 21 hours on the phone and researching online for solutions, I was unable to get my ZTE base station to work correctly. Technical support led to the loss of both my landline and ZTE service, leaving me with only the option to seek help through chat. I was disconnected from chat, but upon retrying later that night, the ZTE phone system started functioning properly at last.

I am looking to purchase a device for a friend to use as a home phone. I would like to order it from your store and have it delivered to me since she has trouble going to Walmart. I tested the device at her place, and it functioned well, so I believe it will be suitable for her use. Can I purchase a device for her to have a home phone? Can I buy a $15 one-month card initially and then have her refill it monthly? She already has home phones, not from Straight Talk. Is it possible to get her a new phone number assigned to the device?

I attempted to claim a free Galaxy J3 Orbit as advertised on Straight Talk.com by purchasing a service plan. However, I encountered an issue during the checkout process. Despite trying with multiple cards, I couldn't proceed with the transaction, and even my bank verified that no charge attempt was made by Straight Talk. When I reached out to customer service, they indicated there was no record of a free offer, insisting I had to pay for the phone. Despite providing evidence with screenshots, I was unsuccessful. After contacting the Executive Resolution Department in Miami and receiving no resolution after two weeks, I contacted customer service again, only to be told the same thing. It appears ordering two phones along with two service plan cards may be the resolution as per their policy.

In September [redacted], my phone was repeatedly shut off even though my bill was paid, showing a "network not found" message. After making a second payment, it took three days and six hours to restore service. The company offered me a free 30-day service starting on October 12th to make up for the inconvenience. However, my service is now down again, and I haven't received the promised free month. I spoke with Victor, badge #[redacted], who was unprofessional, claimed his last name was Tracphone, and abruptly hung up on me. As a customer since [redacted], this is my first issue, and I seek a knowledgeable supervisor to address the missing free service and demand a sincere apology from Victor. Subject: Issue with Hotspot Device Recharge A couple of hours ago, while on your website via a PC browser, I selected the "Use a 2GB $25.00 Airtime" card from my Reserve for the hotspot prior to the service end date. I accepted that I might lose the remaining 70MB and have my expiration date reset. However, upon checking my balance now, I only see the new service end date and not the 2GB (2048MB). The balance only shows around 67MB. Did something go wrong? What could have happened?

I am struggling to log into my Straight Talk account because my Hotmail email address no longer exists. Despite numerous attempts to update my profile, the website keeps redirecting me to the same page. Even when I tried creating a new account, I was denied. My son got me a new iPhone 7 due to notifications from Straight Talk about replacing my phone, but now I can't activate or transfer my number to the new device since I can't access my account. I've spent five hours dealing with this issue, starting at 2:05 pm MST and now it's 7:06 pm MST. I'm extremely frustrated because I can't change my login information. Missing out on an important conference call due to earlier service issues has only added to my frustration. Despite being a customer with Straight Talk for over a decade, I'm considering switching providers due to this ongoing problem.

I want to share my frustrating experience with Straight Talk. I have been disconnected, given false information, and received a defective replacement phone with a limited warranty. After contacting corporate, I spoke with a helpful representative named Juno. He provided a ticket number and promised to escalate the issue to send me a new phone, but the problem persisted. When requesting a Samsung phone instead of another defective device, the customer service representatives continued to be unhelpful, providing incorrect phone numbers and ultimately refusing to assist. This ongoing issue with Straight Talk has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I am considering switching to another service provider like Boost Mobile.

I initiated the process a week ago on 11/6/20 to purchase an iPhone 7 from the Straight Talk website as advertised in "My Account" > "Shop." The phone is listed at $[redacted].99 outright or for $8.33 per month for 24 months through a Smart Pay lease. I selected the $8.33/month lease option, completed the Smart Pay approval, and was approved for $[redacted].99 over 24 months. Afterwards, during the process, a screen prompted me for my wife's details to proceed, which was incorrect since I am the buyer. I then changed the shipping address to our home in Pennsylvania, and during checkout, it showed a "Due Today" amount of $24.00 for 12 months, totaling $[redacted].00, even though the phone's full price is $[redacted].99. After several unsuccessful attempts to rectify this, I was connected to a live Sales Representative on 11/10/20 who reassured me the issue would be resolved. However, as of 11/12/20, I haven’t seen any charges on my credit card and when I contacted Customer Care, they couldn't locate any Smart Pay order. I urgently need to buy the phone today as a gift for my wife before 11/14/20 since we are not continuing her current service with Sprint. She is in Ohio with her ill mother, and it's imperative she has cell service.

I recently bought a 256GB Canvas Select Plus from Amazon, model number SDCS2/256GB. Upon receiving it, I encountered an issue where I received a message saying my SIM card is locked and requesting a PUK code. I am unsure which number is the product number as there are six numbers on the sticker on the back of the card it was shipped with, and none are clearly labeled. Moreover, my phone being locked prevents me from seeking help via call. I will go fetch a magnifying glass in the hope that there will be an email with a solution waiting for me when I return.

Approve login on another device 2. Enter an unlock code 3. Upload a photo ID Initially, I attempted the first option without success, even though it was my phone. I then tried the second option of entering an unlock code, but I did not receive any code, despite checking my email. Finally, I attempted the third option of uploading a photo ID, but I do not have an ID that matches my Facebook account. Hello, I am assisting my mother with setting up her new Straight Talk phone and account. Yesterday, I had a complicated call with a Straight Talk and AT&T representative to port her number from AT&T to Straight Talk. I was told the porting access was granted, and the transfer should have been completed by 9:30pm last night. After talking to the Straight Talk representative, the service on her old phone stopped, indicating the porting process began. It has been about 20 hours now, and the new phone still does not show the number transfer successfully. The Straight Talk app still indicates that the "port in progress." A few months ago, I bought the ZTE Home Phone system from Straight Talk. Initially, it worked well, but now there are annoying loud beeps when I answer calls, making it impossible to hear the caller. Despite contacting support several times, the issue remains unresolved. I believe replacing the ZTE unit may be the only solution as the problem is intermittent. My concern is that if this isn't addressed soon, my warranty will expire. Unfortunately, most support technicians have difficulty understanding the problem, and communication through emails and Facebook has been unsuccessful due to discontinued channels.

I had my friend use his card to add phone time to my fiancé's phone, but somehow his number got linked instead of my fiancé's despite using the old number. The number he added phone time to shows as active, but it doesn't actually work. I had to switch SIM cards so my fiancé could use the phone. I'm confused about what went wrong and frustrated.
