My Internet over the Mobile Network isn't working. I can't receive texts. The Internet over WiFi works fine. I want to chat with someone but can't seem to connect from your website. I don't like contacting by phone call, because I can't hear nor understand the tech support representative. Another problem is my phone also doesn't show its serial number, but you should have that anyone under my account.

GetHuman-lmikewhi did not yet indicate what Straight Talk should do to make this right.
