We have what I think you call a mobile hotspot. Can move it anywhere and plug in your own phone. *nd one of these devices we have owned. This one suddenly quit working. All the little lights are on but phone is dead. no dial tone. Tried to remove back cover and replace batteries anyway, but cannot get it off. First now do I remove the back. And if replacing the batteries does not fix The issue, ten what?
