I ordered a phone on ST website. I paid for the service and the lease amount. After the payment was processed, there was an error and I was redirected to ST home page and an error message stated, that there was an error and I needed to contact customer service. However, the payment for the service and lease was debited from my account. But there is no record on ST website of my purchase or smart pay website. however, smart pay has my debit card information, my phone number and email. And they keep telling me I'm approved for a phone and I need to get it before may **, ****. What is going on? My name is Angela Savage and my phone number is ***-***-****. If you don't have my order. Then I am owed $***.**. but either you or smart pay.
