I bought a new phone, a Samsung **. You told me i would need a new sim card and sold me one. The new sim did not fit, so i called you, and then you told me I could just put the old sim card in the new phone. That did work, but I ended up having to use the old phone to find old passwords. I have still been using the old phone but for some reason you deactivated the sim card this past week. Can you please reactivate my old sim card??
