On ******* I called in to add more time on my hotspot, I got a young lady on the line, she asked for a phone * and I said I just needed to put time on my laptop. She got very rude saying I could not do this as you did not do laptop. I told her I have been using one of your cards since January, still she argued with me. Again I told I had a card for data for internet connection, at that point she became even more rude saying the company did not Do laptops. When I kept saying that I had used your service for months, so I told her I have the card and gave her the * and it was put in. After the call the service came up on the laptop. You might have a note sent to your operators the sometimes customers do not always use the right words for the service they need. *I hope you can help I was very upset but I will hope the my next call ( In the next month goes better)
