I recently noticed that the Walmart gift cards, which I was excited to redeem through your rewards program, disappeared from the site shortly after they were added. It's disappointing to earn [redacted] points honestly only to find out the reward I was aiming for is suddenly gone. I've had previous issues with the unlimited data and throttling problems with your service, and this feels like another letdown. I've been a loyal customer and was hopeful this new reward would be something substantial for that loyalty. I'm not interested in free service or discounts on phones; I just want the gift card that was advertised. I hope you'll honor the offer and make things right for customers like me who were counting on it. This is my third email about this and I'm still waiting for a response. I feel like my loyalty is not being valued, but I'm willing to give you the opportunity to address this matter and hopefully resolve it.

I have an account with the number [redacted] under the name Ashley Morgan Montgomery at [redacted] Kingsland Trails Loop Apt [redacted] Kingsland, TX [redacted], with security code [redacted]. I recently purchased the $90 plan for two phones. However, I have not received any email about adding the second line due to an error in my email address. Despite providing it multiple times, the last representative entered it incorrectly. Additionally, I was not informed that this plan does not include hotspot. Considering my loyalty as a longtime customer, I expected better communication when changing plans. I would like to cancel the current plan, receive a refund, or have the credit applied to my account. I need to switch to the $60 plan, which includes hotspot as I am a college student and require this feature.

For the past 30 days, I have been dealing with a faulty phone that I purchased from Straight Talk. They assured me a new phone would arrive within 24 to 48 hours, but it has not shown up. I was then informed that I have to send my current phone back first before they send the replacement. I was also promised 30 days of free service due to the ongoing issues I have faced since switching to Straight Talk. I have documented all the employees I have spoken to with their names, employee numbers, and other details. If the situation is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the BBB. It has been a frustrating experience with rude customer service, disconnections, and long hold times. I urgently need my phone active as I have a sick minor son to attend to.

After being a loyal customer for a decade, I am shocked by how I have been treated over the past two days. Spending hours begging for an explanation as to why my order was canceled after payment was taken is unacceptable. The reasoning provided, mentioning three failed delivery attempts, seems fabricated since the order was canceled within a day of being placed. It doesn't make sense how three delivery attempts could have been made in such a short span of time. Being told to just call for resolution after being charged for a phone and service, only to face delivery issues, was frustrating and lacked professionalism. My trust in StraightTalk has been shattered, and I am deeply disappointed in the customer service experience I have encountered. This has tarnished my perception of the company, and I regret praising it to others.

I am experiencing a complete lack of mobile phone service on my prepaid account. I have no ability to send text messages or make calls. I attempted to reach out to Straight Talk via email for assistance, as it seems to be the only available option, but was informed that I would need to pay for help. This is incredibly frustrating. Please rectify this issue promptly or contact me at [redacted] to provide instructions on resolving the problem. I expect this to be resolved at no cost, or else I will have no choice but to cancel my service, which I have held for more than 11 years. This level of service is not acceptable.

Since December 6th, I've been waiting for my 10,[redacted] pending reward points to become available. Customer service assured me they would be accessible by February 6th. Despite being told they would be ready by last night, this morning I found they had disappeared from my account entirely. I'm eager to redeem the points I rightfully earned. In October [redacted], I initiated a number porting process to switch carriers. Despite attempting to port my number 48 hours before the service end date, there was incorrect information delaying the transfer. Consequently, I had to extend my existing plan to maintain my number. Following the porting completion, my LG 442bg flip phone started malfunctioning, prompting me to switch carriers again. However, I encountered call restrictions and woke up one day to find my Prepaid service disabled. After numerous calls, it was revealed that my number was still linked to Straight Talk, causing the issue. Despite spending hours on the phone with customer service, I was informed that the only solution was to purchase another Straight Talk plan to enable the service again. This situation has been frustrating as I've lost all my contacts and data on my trusty flip phone. I am now contemplating filing complaints with BBB, FCC, and other relevant entities due to the inconvenience caused by Straight Talk's actions.

I dropped my phone while crossing the street, and unfortunately, it got run over by a car, resulting in severe damage to the screen. The screen is shattered, and it appears to have separated from the phone casing due to the impact. This is my only phone, and I cannot afford to replace it. I still have two days left on my current service plan, and I am expecting important calls from my doctor and potential employers. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My phone is having trouble connecting to the internet and sending multimedia texts. I tried checking the APN settings through Straight Talk's website, but it gave me an error message saying my phone number doesn't belong to their Bring-Your-Own-Device program. It mentioned not needing to update APN settings for Sprint or CDMA devices. Any suggestions for a workaround?

I recently purchased this phone on the 5th of this month. This is the third time I am contacting you. I purchased a $55 refill card along with the phone for the $55 plan. I purchased a Straight Talk phone in May [redacted]. It recently had some issues with the 4G connection and started fluctuating between 3G and 1X. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the problem could be fixed but needed to call back with another phone for programming purposes. Upon following up, I was told that my IMEI number wasn't activated, even though it matches the one on my account. Another representative suggested I buy a new SIM card as the current one doesn't match the IMEI provided. The phone has been the same one listed on my account, and the sudden increase in data usage is concerning as I haven't changed my browsing habits. All I am looking for is a stable 4G connection without any interruptions.

I have the $50 Straight Talk plan with hotspot data, but I can't use it on my Galaxy J3 ([redacted]) SM-S320VL(GP). Straight Talk mentioned my phone might be too old to support hotspot in the settings, so they advised me to try downloading an app from the Play Store. I attempted to use Free Wifi Hotspot and PdaNet+, but neither helped me get the hotspot working. I am wondering if my phone is capable of using the hotspot feature, or if I should consider upgrading. If it can work on my phone, what steps should I take to make it function properly, or do you have any app recommendations?

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a phone company like I have with Straight Talk. They charged me for a full month of service when I only used about a week and a half. After spending five hours on the phone with them, they refused to reimburse me for the wasted time. They claimed they were sending me a SIM card, but never did. I am pursuing this matter with the BBB. I believe a complete overhaul of the staff is needed as I've never encountered such rudeness, dishonesty, and incompetence. It's baffling that employees are so clueless about their own products. I've switched to a different phone company and will seek resolution through other means to get my money back. This entire experience has been unacceptable.

About 3 or 4 days after I added time to my phone and paid my monthly bill, my phone broke. When I bought a new phone and attempted to switch my phone number over, there was an issue. After spending hours trying to fix it, the representative said they would mail me a new SIM card, which would take 5 days. After waiting 6 days and not receiving the SIM card, I called back to find out one was never sent. I had to pay an additional dollar for them to send another one, which I eventually received after 6 days. I felt frustrated because I had already paid for almost half the month without service, not to mention the hours spent dealing with the issue on the phone. The customer service experience was the worst I've ever had, and the employees were extremely rude.

Customers have asked for ID numbers located on the back, but without the box, it's a challenge. I always suggest friends buy the warranty. Working at the hospital, I'm on call 24/7. Yesterday, on 4/19/[redacted], I tried to purchase minutes online for my phone number [redacted]. The order appeared to go through, charging my bank account $49.14, but it failed to complete on the Straight Talk website. I reached out to multiple agents for help, but none were able to assist me. After demanding to speak to someone from corporate, I was repeatedly transferred and eventually hung up on several times. When I confronted one agent who claimed to be from corporate, I recognized his voice from previous interactions. He was unhelpful, rude, and suggested I contact my bank to reverse the charges, which seems unreasonable. If the charges are not refunded, I may have to escalate the situation and involve local TV stations to address this ongoing problem.
