After ** years with you I am in complete shock with how I have been treated the last two days. Two days filled with hours of literally begging for an answer as to why after placing an order you would take the payment then cancel the order. Seems odd to me. I still have no idea what happened, or why you think you should get paid without delivering the order. The answer i was offered after many many many hours of trying to make sense of this was that after * attempts to deliver it was cancelled. I'm pretty sure thats a made up story. the order was canceled less then a day after being placed. How could you have possible even got it here let alone make three attempts to deliver it? Also if you are just going to make up a story why wait * days to tell it? I have bragged to every one i know for the last ten years about how great Straighttalk was. Now it seems I was just lying to all them folks. which makes me feel like a dirt bag. Thanks for that. I can't even count how many times i was told to just call. Just call? Really you charge me for a phone and service but fail to deliver then tell me to call. I can assure you I found no humor in that. I can not believe what a sadistic group you are there and how very wrong I was about you. Considering my experiences over the last two days with StraightTalk I imagine you are reading this with pride instead of the shame you should have.**Sincerly,**Never a customer again
