December **th I bought the TCL A*X brand new from Walmart got the ** dollar activation card with it, external memory card and a phone case. I get it all set up and a little while later it tells me to do a system update so I do so. Hours later it tells new I have yet another system update to do and once again I do the system update but this time nothing comes back up. This message pops up says try again or factory reset the phone and I chose to try again. It goes on to try the system update again and no luck comes back up same message. So I ended up having to factory reset my brand new phone. All of this happened on December **th and with in less than ** hours of buying this phone.

GetHuman-lentzs did not yet indicate what Straight Talk should do to make this right.
