I was trying to get my phone unlocked due to a pattern I never could get resolved. Then I was trying to get an authorization number to send the phone back and get this resolved. ... I want to cancel my auto enrollment and straight talk service plan. I sent my phone back without any authorization number because I was really unsatisfied with my phone because I was locked out of it and no help was available to get my phone unlocked by anyone. I tried emailing straight talk for an authorization number but I neve got a response so I used the back label from the package I received the phone in and sent it back to the address on it to JMW Products in Indiana. The phone I sent back was a Samsung Galaxy S* I ordered online through Straight Talk. I went last Saturday because I need a phone for my work and I bought a new one at Walmart and have service through Sprint. I had been with Straight Talk since Oct. ****. I had good service and help unrl the past few months. I would like a refund and my auto refill account for the unlimited $** plan I had canceled today or asap. Thank you for any help you can give me in resolving this matter as quickly as possible.
This was especially frustrating when I needed help with this phone and nothing anyone could do to help me in the ** days I had it. ** days to send it back wasn't helpful either.
They could make this right by ending my straight talk auto service and all services ended as soon as possible. And a refund for my Samsung Galaxy S* I returned.
I had been a customer since October ****. Experienced very little to no problems until the past couple months.
I tried emails. I tried getting anyone to help me with that problem at Walmart here. No one could help me. Everyone said it was something I would have to fix on my own. I tried that also. Everything I tried wasn't helpful nor working.
