Activate a new phone ... My monthly service card started with no phone and they said there's nothing they can do this is not fair it wasn't my fault it was a big confusion it was hard to understand English from the representative I didn't know that they wouldn't stop my service because the outcome was the phone I was not compatible. there must be something that could be done I had to use Simple Mobile because I had to use a certain phone please help me resolve this issue.
They kept my service pin running with no phone attached they tested the phone I didn't even work or work
I would like some sort of refund for my service card or perhaps apply it to my SIMPLE Mobile
I've been a customer for Straight Talk for over * years closer to * I couldn't pay my phone bill for a month or two and how to start a new account
Contacted customer support and basically said there's nothing they can do it's really frustrating because there was a communication breakdown
