My phone data speed is very slow, even after refilling my ST unlimited plan with Verizon Towers. I tried restarting my phone and ensuring the correct APN settings, but I encountered issues with my SIM card when switching phones 7 months ago. I was advised to register the new SIM card, which temporarily improved my data speed. However, it has since slowed down significantly, making it difficult to even load Google. I suspect my data is being throttled, possibly due to exceeding my GB limit. I hope the system can restore my normal data speed soon. Thank you in advance.

I need help tracking my son's whereabouts through his Straight Talk phone. He is struggling with addiction and has provided me with two phone numbers: [redacted] and [redacted]. The [redacted] number shows as being in Logan, Ohio, but he claims to be heading to North Carolina. The other number shows in Evansport, Ohio, where he is not. His name is Gage Alexander, and he should have a Straight Talk account. I fear for his life due to his drug use. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you. - Jessica

Since acquiring my new Straight Talk mobile phone and cell phone number on June 11, [redacted], I have encountered persistent issues related to the previously associated user, 'Bernard S.' The phone itself works flawlessly, but my peace is disrupted by constant calls intended for 'Bernard S.' It is disconcerting to receive late-night calls from international numbers. This situation has caused significant inconvenience; I am forced to ignore calls meant for me to avoid interactions meant for 'Bernard S.' Furthermore, I cannot link my number to my accounts due to its association with 'Bernard S.' and his liabilities, leading to frustrating encounters with customer service. I seek reimbursement for the two weeks of service affected by this mix-up. I did not select this problematic number; it was assigned to me. I urge Straight Talk to consider compensating me for the lost time and service due to this unfortunate circumstance, which goes beyond mere automated responses.

I need help with a serious issue as someone has hacked my phone, causing me major financial losses. The fraudulent software they installed has cost me hundreds of dollars and I've missed out on thousands in art sales. I used to be reachable at [redacted], but now I can only send iMessages, making it hard to communicate. The hacker messed with my card number transactions as well. They intercept my calls to straight talk, posing as me even though I don't use Verizon or an iPhone 8. I'm concerned about my privacy and intellectual property being compromised. I feel violated knowing how easy it is for someone to hack our data. I plan to speak with a lawyer and press charges for cyberstalking. My art sales and financial accounts are all tied to my phone, so this situation has become a significant problem for me. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Best, KDJ

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna Pro with the IMEI number [redacted][redacted]. Recently, the phone has been turning off and on by itself. The internet and wifi are running slowly, and the data is barely used as it's usually connected to wifi. Additionally, it behaves oddly by switching screens, backing out of tabs, and doing things on its own. The battery drains quickly, charges slowly, and acts strangely. I have scanned it for viruses, and there are none. I have only downloaded a few apps since purchasing the phone, which is not older than a year.

To Whom It May Concern, I bought my iPhone 6 brand new over a year ago and am currently limited to using it solely with WiFi. Despite the phone being unlocked and owned by me, it was blacklisted by Straight Talk after I unknowingly purchased a service card from a seller on eBay who used a stolen credit card. This resulted in my phone being deactivated within two weeks. Although eBay refunded the purchase of the service card, Straight Talk requires repayment for their losses. Being a senior on a fixed income, this situation has been challenging for me, especially since I've resorted to using an outdated iPhone 4 that will soon be obsolete. I kindly ask for assistance in removing the blacklisting from my iPhone 6. IMEI: 35 [redacted]22 2

Yesterday, I went to my son's girlfriend's house to help them move their remaining belongings as they were being evicted. I remember having my phone there because I let someone use it briefly. Later, I realized I left it on the counter. When I asked her about it, she claimed the landlord had locked her out and discarded everything left behind. However, I suspect she may have my phone as a few people mentioned it to me today. I would like to access my call log for the past couple of days or track the GPS location of my phone to confirm its whereabouts. I don't intend to cause trouble for her, but I simply want my phone back and to make her aware that I am aware of the situation, hoping it will prevent such incidents from reoccurring.

I'm inquiring on behalf of my daughter who recently relocated to Florida from Maine. She's been using Skype on her phone to reach out to me while adjusting to her new surroundings. As she is quite shy and navigating life on her own for the first time, it's crucial for her to stay connected. Despite adding $10 for data usage, she continues to receive warnings. Could you please clarify why this is happening even after the additional data was added to her phone?

Hello, I'm Madilyne. My boyfriend, Laverne Tripp, recently set up a Straight Talk account. Unfortunately, my Sprint phone isn't compatible with Straight Talk. The original plan is set to end on the 22nd, but now I think my current phone may work with Straight Talk. I'm unsure if it's unlocked though. Sprint mentioned it's locked with TracFone (which I assume is Straight Talk). I have a Straight Talk SIM card. Do I have to wait until the 22nd to switch to Straight Talk? Can you check if my phone is compatible? What's needed to activate my phone quickly with Straight Talk? I appreciate a prompt response. Dealing with phone companies has been difficult, and I'm eager to resolve this. Thank you.

My phone was stolen within a day of purchase. The thief changed the number, and I want to know the new one. I am not seeking their identity, just the new number. The original phone number was [redacted]. The replacement happened in July. I want to provide this information to the police without disrupting the service. Thank you.

I have been a customer for over 7 years, and my phone service has been deteriorating over the last 6 months. Due to issues with Straight Talk, I switched carriers on July 15th after they locked me out of my services and contacts on July 11th, despite charging me $58 on autopay. I couldn't stop the automatic payment since my phone was not working until it got fixed on July 15th. I am requesting a refund for the unused portion of the service I am owed. I kindly ask you to do the right thing and return the balance to my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, R. Bodine. I hope we can continue our business relationship in the future, provided these issues are resolved.

I am Victoria Johnson, and I have discovered that Jimmy Kyle Wall has installed an app on my phone, giving him access to my emails, passwords, text messages, call history, and contacts. I have contacted the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office and spoken with Corporal Benson, who has escalated the matter to investigations. You can reach OPSO at [redacted]. I will be meeting Corporal Benson tomorrow at 5:00 pm to provide additional evidence. Please treat this issue with urgency as Jimmy is already on probation. I have taken security measures like changing locks due to feeling unsafe. I am disabled and have upcoming surgeries. It is imperative that you investigate his phone as he may have a second one. I urge you to take this seriously and appreciate your prompt attention. Sincerely, Victoria Johnson.

I am experiencing issues transferring my phone from MetroPCS to Straight Talk. I have contacted technical support twice but have been unable to successfully switch services between the two providers. Currently, I am without any means of communication. I diligently followed all the provided instructions both on my own and with the assistance of the tech support representatives. It has been approximately 24 hours without any communication services, and reverting back to MetroPCS is not an option. Due to the situation, I am unable to make phone calls using data and uncertain if I can receive calls via wifi. Urgent assistance is needed as I am losing money with each passing hour. I hope this message reaches you promptly. Please contact me as soon as possible as I require immediate help around the clock.

I am extremely disappointed with the Straight Talk customer service I received. I placed an order on 7/10 for a 2-3 day delivery, but after a week of waiting, I still hadn't received anything. The online customer service informed me that a delivery had been attempted and would be tried once more on 7/18, but that date came and went with no package arriving. Without a phone for two weeks, I contacted customer service again, and the representative was quite impatient. After claiming the package was delivered on 7/22, I called customer service and spoke to another rude person who kept me on the line for 25 minutes with excuses and delays. The device was actually returned to the company, not delivered to me as claimed. The refund department also informed me it would take a month for my money to be returned, even though it was taken from my account the same day I ordered. I found the whole experience frustrating, with representatives unwilling to help or provide accurate information. I have been a loyal Straight Talk customer for a long time and expect better service. I am still without a phone and unable to purchase a new one until the refund is processed. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly so I can continue using Straight Talk. My phone number is [redacted], and the order number is [redacted]6. I would appreciate a swift response.

On July 6, [redacted], I placed an order for the Samsung Galaxy J7 and a 6-foot USB cord. I received the phone and cord on the 11th, but the cord I got is incorrect. When I contacted Straight Talk, they couldn't find any record of my purchase, including my order number or credit card details. I've spoken to a supervisor, but still no luck. I really like the phone and just need the correct cord for it. My order number is [redacted]1. Thank you for looking into this.

Hello, I'm a foreign student currently visiting my home country. I've been using Straight Talk for a few months, and I paid my last bill last month. I'm concerned about my upcoming bill due on the 25th as I am unable to access the Straight Talk website for security reasons. I hope my bill for next month is paid, but I can't confirm. I would like to know if my bill is settled and when it's due. If I can't access the website, how can I pay my bill? I want to ensure my phone number stays active even if I delay payment for a month or two until I can start paying around September 1st. Can you assist me with these queries promptly? Thank you.

Yesterday, I discovered that my phone could not make or receive calls. I sought assistance but was informed that I would not receive a free month of service since I could not pinpoint the exact duration the phone was dysfunctional. I have investigated and realized that throughout July, I missed numerous incoming calls without any notification. Despite trying to make outgoing calls, none were successful. I have always experienced poor service in this area. As someone without transportation, my phone is essential for food delivery, medical appointments, and bill payments. I have been a loyal customer of Straight Talk for 5 to 10 years, but I am disappointed that they are unwilling to compensate for the month I paid for but did not receive. As a person on disability, it is challenging for me to afford services that I did not benefit from. If this issue is not addressed, I am considering switching to Verizon for a more reliable service. I hope Straight Talk can assist me in resolving this matter. -Dean J.

On August 1, [redacted], I attempted to activate an old phone for my daughter through Straight Talk. I first tried to add a $55 plan which did not work. Upon reevaluating, I decided to upgrade to a $60 plan, which was successful in a separate transaction. Both charges were processed from my bank account at 8:56 pm on August 1, [redacted]. After contacting Straight Talk customer service, I learned that the phone was outdated and couldn't be used, and was advised to buy a new Straight Talk phone. They assured me a refund for the initial $55. I requested to keep the $60 on the account for future use on a new phone. At Walmart, I was provided with two new phones and told I could get the $60 refunded as this was for different plans. However, in a subsequent call with another Straight Talk representative, I was informed I couldn't get the $60 back because the old phone was "in use," despite it not having any service since it was never activated. I simply seek a refund of the $60.

I purchased a $45 Straight Talk plan for my Samsung phone. I was unsure if the phone would work, but the representative assured me it would. I used an old Verizon sim card and the $45 service pin, but the Samsung phone didn't work. I then got an AT&T phone, thinking it would be compatible. After some confusion at Walmart, I was told I needed a new sim card for the AT&T phone and that I couldn't use the $45 card on it. The representative should have checked compatibility before activating my card. Now, I'm being charged for service I can't use due to the mix-up. I believe Straight Talk should provide a compatible sim card at their expense. I apologize for any misunderstandings and frustrations. Sincerely, Tammy Mills

I recently purchased a $45.00 Google Play reload card and encountered an issue while trying to redeem it. I mistakenly entered the PIN incorrectly multiple times due to distractions. Consequently, the transaction did not go through smoothly. However, I am interested in signing up for the monthly plan as proposed by the customer service representative I spoke with. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
