Switch my service to one straight talk phone to another ... I spoke with a representative last night on the phone, using my husbands phone. I broke my Motorola phone that I activated with straight talk using the bring your own device plan. I'm currently trying to switch that plan to my other straight talk phone that I was previously using with straight talk as well but as my work phone. WHEN I TRY TO MAKE A CALL IT SAYS, "WE'RE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE YOUR PHONE." **I do NOT have a phone I can use to call out right now. Could someone please chat with me and help me be able to send a receive text and calls.
I'm unable to make or receive text and calls
I need to be able to use my phone
I've been with straight talk since around ****
I've called *** and ***** and I still receive the same message that my phone is unable to be authenticated.
