On the evening of *-*-**, Sunday, my phone died and on Monday I went to your website and found you had a special running on the Samsung Galaxy J* Orbit, was **.** but was had a slice through the price and I could have it for *. So I chose that one. Only problem was I could not get past the choice of the phone, was unable to get to the shipping and billing section. So between Mon and up to Tue evening I contacted chat, called a few times, called a different number that I was given and either the person was rude and refused to help me, didnt understand what I needed help with or tried but was unsuccessful in getting the phone ordered on on its way. Your system wasnt working and*or I dont know. Tried phone, chat, on internet explorer and Chrome and a person's cell phone, none of the ways was I able to get the phone ordered, was suppose to be * for the phone and * for shipping. So last night, the last time I called the special number I was given and told to use a reference pin, ********** with ****** I was able to get someone but they too couldnt get past the confirmation. They in turn passed me off to someone else who then passed me off to someone else who kept saying he didnt see the special I was referring to. I walked him step by step telling him what the screen was telling me and nope, he refused to help said there was no special like that. I asked him to please explain to me why all the others I had spoken to or chatted with saw what I saw. He couldnt and wouldnt, and he got a bit testy and at this point I have been forced past frustration and past anger to just plain pissed at how ridiculous the whole thing was. So I had been told by another on chat that they would make sure the offer was extended through today, well I tried to get it but saw the special is over and I will be required to pay the ** for the phone. This is totally unacceptable and it needs to be corrected. The issue was on your end and one of your chat people told me I should try to order another free one to see if it would go through, those required * months of auto refill plus a new service plan. One, I couldnt order one that I had to pay for which I would have had to do to complete the order and two, as I told your agent, it is not my responsibility OR job to find an error on your end. So now I am still without a phone and now due to your employees' inability to do their job either because they just didnt want to or tried but just couldnt get things done I dont have access to the discount. I did have some of the chats transcripts sent to me and I would have copied and pasted here but right now I am unable to access my email as there is an issue there. So how are you going to help me get the phone I was trying to order for the last two days at the price that I was offered it (was listed as an upgrade phone, no plan purchase required), zero charge for the phone and zero charge for shipping.
