In January, I contacted you by phone and made a purchase of * phones. I also agreed to the auto billing policy attached to those phones. When I received the phones they were not as described to me as they were on the phone purchase. I explained that I wanted a bigger phone than I had. I was assured these phones were for us. Straight Talk told me that they wouldn't take the phones back without me paying for return shipping and I refused to pay, when I was told they were bigger phones. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute, then returned the phones back to you and the dispute was settled in my favor. Just days after the phone dispute was filed you debited my checking account for **.** x *, for the returned phones. The automatic debit should have been voided because of the ongoing dispute over these phones. I did eventually purchase * more phones from Walmart to use your service, and received * new phone numbers. I don't think you should have charged me for the airtime on the returned phones. I am currently still an active customer with * phones active and will continue my service, which shows my loyalty to your company. I do feel that the **.** that was charged to each returned phone, should be credited to me because your representative gave me wrong information on my phone sale. Also my husband has been very ill since July **** and hasn't worked. This has been a very stressful thing for us to loose that amount of money when we are currently still customers and were charged for service on the returned phones. Please I ask you to take into consideration the fact that I was sold something that was explained to me as a larger phone than I had. Also, we are struggling right now to pay our rent and bills and to have to loose that money was very detrimental to our budget. That is the main reason we started with straight talk ** years ago, because it was budget friendly. So I ask you again, please help me get this money refunded and if you want more information on this, please call me at ***-***-****. I would greatly appreciate your consideration of a credit in the amount of **.**. The numbers that were charged and not used were ***-***-**** and ***-***-****. Please note that there was a refund for the phones purchased during the dispute in the amount of **.**. Again the **.** was charged to returned phones we didn't use.
