Get my phone working ... I gave my sister one of my straight talk iphones and when she went to put service on it they (Walmart) deactivated my phone number (***-***-****) so the rep called and reactivated my phone at which time it stopped working. We found out that the problem was I had the SIM card in it from old phone unfortunately the SIM for my newest phone was discarded by the Walmart rep. So we bought another straight talk plan and the rep tried to install the new SIM only to find out it was faulty so I was sent another SIM (Verizon which I don't have I only have used straight talk) I put that one in and did as instructed and now I am getting some message about Verizon. HELP! I upset and angry that this is happening and I have been without a phone since last week.*IMEI: ** ****** ****** **MEID: ***************Phone * ***-***-******I need to get my phone reactivated and working
I want my phone working again and I want to keep my phone number
Our entire family is straight talk users and we even set my father up on straight talk and recommended it others
Yes I went to Walmart where this whole thing began and I am wondering why a Verizon SIM is being used. We have tried * cards now and none has worked. I do know what else I can do on my end but I am very upset.
