Hi there, I have been in America for * months and now wish to cancel my auto refill on my plan as I am no longer in the country and don’t need the plan to be filled. Because I am back in Australia now I for some reason can’t access the website or account to do it myself so I ask if you can do that for me and cancel auto refill. My name is Megan Young and the phone number the account would be connected to is *** *** ****. If this could be done immediately that would be appreciated as I do not want to pay another month of connectivity when I am not using the device. Thankyou in advance **
