I have been with Straight Talk for * years and I have more than enough rewards on my account. I called into Straight Talk to use those this morning and have been on the phone for an hour and ** minutes. I have spoken with * representatives who at the last person told me they could not help me and I would have to have an active number to use the reward points. My phone was disconnected at midnight and it was active up until that point. Then they told me that I was never enrolled in the rewards program. I really don't know what is going on at that company but every person that I spoke with this morning could not speak clear English and could not help. I have been with your company for * years now and I have never received anything for free since signing up. All I ask is that I use the rewards points to pay my bill since I do not have the funds to pay my bill this month until Thursday. I have * small children and am a single mother and need my phone.
