I purchased a straight talk phone on Friday, October **, **** and activated it via telephone. On Monday, October **, **** I called *** to get a new number, however, I did not have a new number sent to me via text message. I repeated the instructions that were given to me several times, and still did not get a number texted to me. Upon calling back, I received the introduction greeting, "Welcome To" or "Thank you for calling Verizon Wireless" (unaware that my service had been transferred to Verizon Wireless). Issue **): I spoke to several representatives on Monday, October **, **** and to date, Saturday, November *, ****, I still have no phone service after purchasing a $** unlimited talk, text and data service that runs out on November **, ****. Why am i without phone service when I prepaid for service? Why was I told that there is no record of the serial number of the Straight Talk phone that came on the red card in the Straight Talk phone packaging box in the system? *Issue **): My Straight Talk service transferred to another company without my knowledge and consent.***): Approximately October **, **** or October **, ****, I purchased a Straight Talk service pin card ($** Unlimited Talk, Text and Data) to add to a unlocked phone, but the representatives were trying to connect the service pin number to an old account, which had not been used since April ****. Because of identity theft issues I kept telling the representative I wanted to set up a a new account. They refused. As a result, because the pin number box has been scratched off, they cannot refund my money for the card. So, I am stuck with a $** unlimited Talk, Text and Data Card that cannot be used and that I have not used. I would like to be refunded for my purchase of the card.*Also, since no one can seem to help me when i call *** (and by the way, Verizon Wireless' Greeting changed after my interaction with them Monday evening, October **, **** offering those who are not a Verizon Wireless Customer the opportunity to become one. No one never asked me if I wanted to become a customer* I never requested to change my service provided. They Straight Talk or Verizon Wireless took it upon themselves to switch me over to whoever they wanted to switch me over to) I would like to speak with the CEO of the company (Straight Talk or TracFone Wireless), and would like his contact information, please.**Thank you so very much for your time and assistance concerning this matter.**Malista Baldwin
