Hello my name is Brandy wing and I have recently opened a straight talk account or through phone number ***-***-**** I recently reported that phone stolen because I had a ex-boyfriend issue and he had stalled my phone they had told me that my phone had been deactivated not telling me that I have I done that I would have to wait three days to get my account back and gave me a code to put in in three days and that if I had got another phone I can move my account to that phone so I got another phone with in five minutes and called back and they told me that I cannot do it for three days and telling me I would have to purchase another $** straight talk card and a phone and get a new account until my account could open again so I had went and purchased a $** straight talk card and $*** phone through straight talk and then had to buy a bring your own phone $** kit so I Dead and it was a ***-***-**** and the imei Number being *************** and the new Sim number being **** **************** and they said that the phone was acting I have called back several times I cannot make or receive call time or text time and they had told me that they would give me a call back for different times within ** minutes to see if the phone worked I have not received a phone call I have not heard from straight talk and it has been several days now I need help with this problem please or I’m going to have to move to different carrier
