My hot spot, ***-***-****, IMEI* *** *** *** *** ***, ran out of data. I activated my reserve and now it will not connect to any network. The agent I talked to then said it might be the area I was in. Since then I have been in twelve different states (I drive a truck) and it still has yet to connect. I have used the reset button and pulled the battery and still no connection. Your app says I have two full gigs of data to use but i can't use them because, no connection.
GetHuman-wjzzmik did not yet indicate what Straight Talk should do to make this right.

The third person I talked to said it sounded like a bad SIM card and they are mailing me one. It will be about three weeks before I'll be home to install it. I'll post a follow up to tell if it worked.
