My name is Jessica Lott and my phone number is -***-***-****. I have been a loyal customer of Straight Talk for almost * years and have converted over ** of my friends and family to leave other carrier services and become Straight Talk users as well. Up until this month I have been more than satisfied with your service….. *HOW EVER THIS MONTH HAS QUITE FRANKLEY GONE TO **** IN A HAND BASKET. As I stated I have used your service for almost three years I have used the same phone and had the same original SIM from the very beginning NOTHING HAS BEEN CHANGED. Service worked fine until last month in the mid*e of the month I picked up the phone to make a call and I get this recording saying this “ I'm sorry your device has been denied access to the network please contact your service provider” No problem I called support they told me to turn my phone off and back on again and it should be fine and it was No more problems. *Then on July ** I reload my min on my phone and I happen to be on the road traveling from TN to MS the phone works for about a hr and I get the “denied network access” recording so I find a phone call support again they have be reboot the phone works fine FOR * HR back off again.. *Today is Aug **th I have made over ** calls to technical support you have started * service tickets on the issue. The *st *********** you sent me a new SIM card. It took * days to get here and it was defective and couldn’t be activated (GREAT)*I'm told to put the old SIM in the phone and do a total factory reset on my phone (Loosing all my contacts pics and info) reboot the phone and it works FOR *HR AGAIN I CALL SUPPORT never talking to the same person and apparently even though your support people assure me they are putting notes on my account about the issue the new person says there are NO NOTES SO WE START FROM SCRATCH EVERY TIME. *FINALLY another ticket is started and support sends me another new SIM THAT HOPEFULLY WORKS TICKET *********** *The *nd new SIM arrives yesterday the **th I follow the enclosed instructions and call technical support to have it activated on my number and I'm first told that the number I have had for * years is not my number and they cant find my account. REALLY???(I just sent out **** resumes with that cell number on them ) and even if my number wasn’t deactivated I have NO MIN. ON MY SERVICE PLAN FOR THIS MONTH OR DATA SO I WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW MIN CARD AND REFILL MY PLAN EXCUSE ME THE PHONE HASN’T WORKED FOR MORE THAN ** CALLS SINCE THE **TH MUCH LESS WORKED LONG ENOUGH TO USE ANY DATA THE ONLY WAY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO USE IT IS WITH MY HOME WIFI SO HOW IS MY SERVICE PLAN USED UP????? (I just sent out **** resumes with that cell number on them ) so after explaining this whole story I finally get the less than helpful support person to GET MY NUMBER BACK!!! & after ** min on the phone she activates the new SIM I reboot the phone we do test calls , test text messages , check that I can get on the internet, make sure everything is working. *So after being tested to the point of phone rage by support I finally feel like maybe the phone is fixed even if I have been cheated out of half my service plan for the month. Ref *********** *And yes my phone worked just like it always had for *hr and **min. **I CANNOT STRESS HOW THIS IS CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR ME I MUST HAVE A PHONE THAT IS WORKING I HAVE SPENT THE BETTER PART OF THE LAST ** DAYS TRYING TO WORK WITH YOUR SUPPORT PEOPLE, I DEPEND ON MY PHONE FOR MY JOB SO I HAVE LOST OVER ** JOBS THIS MONTH BECAUSE THEY COULDN’T REACH ME. SO NOW IM STRUGGELING TO PAY THE OTHER BILLS FOR MY FAMILY I NEED HELP NOTHING OTHER THAN THE SIM CARD HAS CHANGED IM ON THE SAME PHONE IN THE SAME PLACE NOTHING HAS CHANGED *DENIED NETWORK ACCESS AGAIN*HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
