I ordered a Gallaxy * phone and a plan last week. I charged the phone and when i wanted to get my service going I found I didn't have a stylus. I had a S* that I was tpld I couldn't use for your service, but the stylus won't fit the new phone. i was told I had to send the whole phone back. Why can't you just send me a stylus. I want to get off my Sprint service ASAP and if I have to send phone back it will be over a week before I get the replacement phone back.
GetHuman-miladypp did not yet indicate what Straight Talk should do to make this right.
