My two phones were enrolled on the Straight Talk auto refill program which I wanted to cancel but saw no way to do so online. The service renewed for three months but I don't want the service to go that long. I only wanted it extended for one month. I want the service only for one month as I plan to use a different provider.**I called in and got the auto refill canceled on my two lines of service but they can't supposedly refund my unused ** months of service that I never wanted renewed in the first place. So either I loose $**** in payments (* lines at $****ea) or I have to wait until the end of September for my contract (on a no contract*cancel anytime program) to expire before I can change my service provider as 'costs' have been accrued for this service period.**If straight talk stated clearly on the auto refill page that you have to call in before you can cancel the auto refill, and had I not been out of town when the refill occurred I wouldn't be in this predicament now.**Yes, I did allow the auto refill to renew but there should be a way to prorate a refund based on the period of time the renewal has been in force.**I am very disappointed that straight talk won't make any concessions to assist me in this matter.
