Please call me regarding my phone plan! I switched to your service last month and was formerly a long term Verizon customer! I was told at the Walmart where I picked up your plan that once I started straight talk plan Verizon would be cancelled as well as the billing from them so I swiped and a few weeks later I checked my credit card bill and noticed I was charged again from Verizon, basically double billed- as I was on straight talk plan paying for it and Verizon billed me too! I naturally called Verizon as who would want to be double billed especially when straight talk informed me that would. Or happen! Verizon stated that I was ill informed by straight talk and that you guys are aware and should have communicated this to me and then I would have waited to switch services! But because o was not informed accurately from your company, I had to pay *** dollars to Verizon for services i did not use! I am hoping that there is something your company is willing to do to help financially compensate me for this undue financial burden through no fault of mine! Please let me know asap!*Thank you!*Tanda
