The issue in GetHuman968177's own words
I was at the Union, NJ store on ******* in the self service area bagging my purchase. At that point the clerk assigned to the area approached me and stated " where's your scanner, I saw you bagging items without scanning". At that point I showed her where I placed my scanner, there's a rack for scanners between the registers when you're finished with them. I've been through this enough to know that from her station she has the ability to check every register in that area, to see all transactions, she should have checked my order there, saw that I had paid and that would have been that, that's being a professional and discrete. I would say in the last three years I've spoken to store managers, emailed corporate executives about the numerous times I've been audited, I've shopped in that store sometimes * times a months and have audited * or * times on that span, on more than one occasion.it's gotten to the point that when I'm audited I make the clerk audit every single item I have. In fact there's only supposed to be * *r * six items picked for the audit, but with mine there's alway more. Keep in mind I've never failed an audit. This has got to stop, I'm being profiled, its illegal, I will make it my mission to bring this companies practice to light, I will contact every organization, every entity that will listen. There are employees at that store, both past and present that will testify the inordinate amount of times I've been audited. I've never seen anyone else audited in the check out area when I've shopped, I've actually stood outside that area numerous times for at least an hour to see someone audited, it's never happened.***Robert Carson*****Sent from my T-Mobile *G LTE Device
