I received my *st box the end of February of this year. I emailed you on March *th that I was very disappointed. After your response, I received a email from you apologizing and offering me a new stylist. I emailed back letting you know that I had already sent back your items in the plastic return bag that day. I even did your survey and made a few suggestions. I had obviously cancelled my membership because I honestly had received equally or better quality that I had personally picked out on my own with better pricing or someone else that didn't know me pick out. Well I looked at my email today and I received a receipt of total payment. Why in God's name would I'd be paying for items that I returned and notified you about. Now I'm furious and ready to take you to small claims court. Also contact the Better Business Bureau. I want my money returned immediately. I followed everything that you asked of me. Plus I refuse to wait with any sort of time limit from you! I will not be a victim of a website scam. *Elissa Motelson ******@***.com ****-***-****
