Hello. I had to go away for a family emergency and just got home and saw the box. It was my first time using your service and I am excited about it, but I am two days late for my return and do not want to be forced to keep every item. I loved one item and want to keep it, but I would like to return the rest. I understand I am out of the return window but at the very least I hope to get credit for future items with the money I spent on this entire box. Also, there is a purse that i do not want to keep and I am concerned that it will be ruined if I put it in the bag and not the box. What is your advice on that? I will wait for your reply before I send out my return.
