nothing, I am brand new! ... I am brand new to Stitch Fix. I set a date a few days later than my pay date (Aug **) so that I would not be billed ahead of time (when there is no money in my account) and I was billed Aug. * and this caused my account to overdraft and charge me $**! This is NOT a good way to start with a new customer and I already want to cancel before even receiving my first box! The email on my account is *****@***.com.

giving me a credit of $** for my overdraft and changing the date on which they bill. I had no idea it would come out about ** days before I expected an order.
I am brand new and won't be a customer for long if this is not resolved.
I have no idea what to do. I am brand new to this company.
