I came across a platform offering a double investment opportunity with Sterling Bank on your website. The deal promises a [redacted]% return after a set period. For instance, by depositing #5,[redacted] monthly for three years, you would receive #10,[redacted] monthly for the following three years. I want to clarify if it's possible to make a 1/3 payment each year for the three-year period of #5,[redacted] monthly.

Good morning, my name is Ken Tamani, and my account number is [redacted]. A friend of mine attempted to transfer $#[redacted] to me yesterday, but I have yet to receive the funds, and he mentioned that his bank, Fidelity Bank, has debited him for the transaction. Strangely, on the same day, someone else transferred $#[redacted] to the same account, and although the money reflected in my account, I did not receive any alert. I am confused why the #[redacted] transfer did not go through even though my friend was debited. I am seeking a resolution to this issue. Thank you.

Good morning Sterling Bank, Today, a friend sent me [redacted] naira, but the money disappeared from my account. I noticed a debit alert for a 2k withdrawal that I didn't authorize. I contacted msport.com's customer service, where I have an account, and explained the issue. They informed me that a person named Mr. Ajani Taiwo Afusat with account number [redacted] GTB withdrew the money from my account to my bet account and eventually transferred it to his bank account. Upon reviewing my transactions, I was shocked to discover ongoing unauthorized withdrawals by this individual. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I transferred 70,[redacted] for groceries but encountered issues. The recipient couldn't withdraw due to account limits. At the Falomo branch, we found name mismatches needing correction. Despite submitting proof, Sterling bank delays adjusting the account. The process has taken three weeks with no resolution, and the bank's tactics seem questionable. As a 75-year-old, I'm unable to visit due to current restrictions. Contacting customer care was frustrating and costly. I require assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I am reaching out to kindly address an ongoing issue with my fiance's restricted account at Sterling Bank. It has been over a month since the account was restricted, despite following the necessary steps provided by customer service. We completed and submitted the required form at the Sterling Bank branch in Magboro, Ogun state where the account was opened, but unfortunately, there has been no progress. The service received from the staff at this branch has been disappointing, as they have not taken any action to resolve the matter. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance and the false promises made by customer service when contacted. This situation has caused considerable inconvenience as we are unable to access our funds. I feel compelled to share this negative experience to bring attention to the poor service we have encountered at Sterling Bank in Magboro.

Good morning, I am Ishola Q., a Sterling Bank customer. I have been frustrated with the service provided by your staff and security personnel since Tuesday. My ATM card got stuck in the machine, and despite the efforts of your representatives, I have been unable to retrieve it for over three days. Today, I am writing due to the ongoing frustration. I was instructed to visit the ATM gallery at Colony Apete in Ibadan by 9:00 am, and currently, I am among a large group of individuals facing the same issue standing and expressing dissatisfaction with the service quality. It is crucial to address this issue promptly to prevent further inconvenience to your bank and customers. While we have the choice to switch to another bank, I urge you to rectify this matter.

I paid for my GOtv subscription, which cost [redacted], using USSD around 3:40pm today, 22/12/[redacted]. I have been debited, and the amount has been deducted from my account. However, my GOtv has not been recharged yet because they claim they did not receive the credit alert. I have checked my account multiple times, and the money has indeed been deducted.
