I previously bought a steel series Arctic * gaming headset and it not only was physically damaged but it also would not connect wirelessly to my Playstation * slim, and upon trying to do so aside from the physical damage of the product it corrupted data on my PlayStation * causing me to have to initialize and lose everything. I'd like to figure out how to return this product and get it exchanged for another properly working at non-corrupted product and possible compensation
GetHuman-madmurke did not yet indicate what SteelSeries should do to make this right.
