Hey Steelseries, I bought my rival *** about * months ago and have been loving its performance, unfortunately when I was playing a few hours ago my mouse randomly turned off and says will not reboot. I've tried multiple trouble boots along with reconnecting my device but no luck. I'm starting to believe it is a malfunction in my mouse and I'm hoping to get my problem resolved because frankly, I don't want to pay another $** for a mouse I bought * months ago due to an error in the mouse I had no control over, I treated my mouse good good and never had problems with it. The mouses model number is: M-***** . I'm hoping we can get this resolved, thanks! -Dalton
