Hello, I have gotten the Arctis Pro Wireless as a gift from my father for Christmas. I have set up the headset but there is a problem with its mic. I can hear audio out of it but the mic won't work. I have the "Arctis pro wireless game" set to main default device for audio and the "Arctis Pro Wireless Chat" set to the main communication device as well as the main device in the recording tab. however, after all of this, the mic continues not to work. I can hear perfectly fine but the mic doesn't work. I've looked over the entire internet but have found no solution to this problem. I have become very frustrated and want to smash the thing in pieces*refund it. the mic even glows red and shows that its on but continues to detect nothing. I've even reinstalled the wireless game chat driver but the issue continues to persist. PLEASE HELP ME. I really would hate to get rid of this really nice headset.
