I purchased my Apex M*** keyboard about * years ago now. Never had an issue with it as long as I kept the SSE* updated. The last few days have been a nightmare of uplugging*plugging in, uninstalling*reinstalling and restarting everything numerous times. The fact Steel Series has no way of helping their customers is extremely frustrating for your customers - quite frankly in this day and age, your customer service is a joke. *On to the actual issue, my keyboard will light up dimly, but no keys will actually input letters on the screen. Caps*Num Lock activate and the lights work, but no input. *I even had one of your random chat windows pop up on your website to help me out, but when I informed him of my problems and that when I eventually plug the M*** back in, it makes my onscreen keyboard not work - therefore, I can't reply if it doesn't work. Of course, for me to even use the onscreen keyboard, I would have to restart my whole computer with the M*** unplugged. Wasn't enough time for your employee, not to mention he probably didn't even read my message about not being about to reply after I plug the keyboard back in to test with him. "You have * minutes before this window closes due to no response" Thanks Steel Series, what a great freakin' help you are! *Just wanted to inform you that there will be * Steel Series products purchased by me ever again, and I will no hesitate to badmouth your products AND customer service in the future to other potential customers. All of my accessories to my PC were Steel Series, but not anymore. Makes me sick that in ****, your company offers absolutely no help to the people that keep your company afloat. You can reply if you want, but the only way I will be satisfied is if you send me my money back - seeing as the issues I'm having have nothing to do with wear*tear or whatever ******** reason you guys come up with to keep the money spend on your unfinished*malfunctioning products.
