Yesterday around 10:30 pm Bulgarian time, I encountered an issue with my Steam account. It prompted me to log in again, but when I entered my password, I couldn't access my account. I attempted to reset my password through the website, but was unsuccessful. After trying to reset it, I received a message stating that my username, phone number, or email did not match. I have followed all the steps provided, but without success. I am currently unable to log in and play my games, feeling stuck in a frustrating loop. Could someone please assist me with this matter? My username is "erzimion" and my email is "[redacted]".

My Steam account was compromised on November 13, [redacted]. The individual responsible is refusing to restore access and has blocked my attempts to use the recovery system. My account username is tgrenier1. The scammer is falsely posing as a Valve employee. Despite attempting to contact customer service via phone, I am redirected to a non-functional website due to the scammers flooding my account with spam to prevent recovery. Following their demand for over three hundred dollars in ransom, they also emptied my bank account. I urgently require direct communication with a legitimate Steam customer service representative to confirm my identity and regain access to my account.

I am seeking assistance from a human representative who can provide guidance on the confusion surrounding my recent purchases on the Halo MCC Steam store page. Initially, I misunderstood the available options and purchased Halo Reach and ODST separately before realizing they were included in the full MCC bundle. I am now requesting a refund for these two individual purchases as I have already acquired the complete MCC bundle. This request is not to exploit any discounts as I bought both games at full price along with the MCC bundle. The system's setup has been unclear, leading to my unintended purchases, and I would appreciate your understanding and approval for my refund request.

I purchased a Steam card from the Coal Grove location on 11/15/[redacted] at 1:42 pm for $[redacted]. When I tried to redeem it around 2:00 pm, I received a message saying the code had already been used. Steam support couldn't provide me with another code. I have the activation receipt as proof of purchase. This is the second card from this Speedway location that hasn't worked. I buy these cards frequently for my children, and this experience has been disappointing. Please issue me a new code or provide a refund. I can be reached at [redacted]. I also assist my husband, currently in Nigeria, by sending him game cards to play online with our kids. Unfortunately, this issue has affected him too. I work hard for the money I use to buy these cards, and I'd appreciate a resolution. Thank you.

35 days ago, my account received a VAC ban due to my secondary account being overwatched. Despite this, I am confident that I did not cheat. I submitted a ticket to Steam 34 days ago, but have yet to receive a response. While I am aware that account security is ultimately my responsibility, I have allowed my friends to use the account and cannot be certain if they cheated. I am eager to have my account reinstated as I value it greatly, having invested a significant amount of money into it. I am uninterested in the secondary account that led to the ban, as I did not use it personally. I am willing to provide any necessary evidence to prove my innocence, as those I play with can attest that I do not cheat. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist in communicating with Steam to address and resolve this issue. Thank you.

I recently logged into my Steam account without any issues, but when I tried to log in yesterday, my password was not working. Despite trying various combinations, I couldn't get in. When I attempted to change the password, my email wasn't recognized, and the new password was still invalid. Upon using the recovery system, I noticed unfamiliar email linked to my account. I never received the email needed to update it. When I tried to verify my account via credit card details, I encountered an error. At this point, I'm stuck, unable to access my account and the games I've purchased. Hopefully, Steam support can assist in resetting everything. EDIT - I managed to log in, but I'm now facing issues updating my email address. Despite trying to change it, I'm not receiving the verification code. I'll have to work through this complication.

I have recently been unfairly banned from a gaming account I've maintained for six years. This unexpected situation has been incredibly distressing for me. Despite reaching out to various parties such as Steam support, John Mac from Valve, and CSGO Twitter influencers, I have yet to receive any assistance. I am emotionally drained from this experience and simply cannot go on without addressing this issue. The account in question holds an inventory worth over 1.5k with almost 6k hours of gameplay, including games like DayZ, GTA, and Rust. I have concrete evidence of my high-level gaming skills and dedication to CS since [redacted]. I am pleading for help to prove my innocence and restore my account, which has been a significant part of my life. Any guidance or support in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been playing Skyrim since its release. I purchased Skyrim SSE and started using mods when they became available. Six months ago, SSE started experiencing various problems, from launching issues to quests not working properly. I thought it was due to mods, so I completely erased SSE, saves, and mods to start fresh. Despite my efforts, only half of the 15 mods I initially installed worked, and the game stopped loading again. I've tried numerous fixes for over eight hours and reinstalled multiple times to no avail. Could the original Skyrim SSE program be corrupt? Is there a way to get a replacement without buying a new one, considering I can prove ownership through my Steam library? I'm open to trying any potential fixes for my current game, but I’m also interested in getting a replacement copy if possible. Thank you for your help. Greg B. [redacted]

I recently tried to log into my Steam account after a long time and realized I couldn't remember the email I had associated with it. I attempted to retrieve my password and username but had no luck. Even though I updated my username and found it in the community, when I tried to use it in Steam Support, it said it didn't exist. I'm concerned about losing access to my account. I contacted Steam for help, but they mentioned they couldn't assist me without the email linked to the account.

Hello, A few months back, I got locked out of my email account. I then created a new one and forgot to update my steam account. While I was traveling to Innsbruck, the steam account needed verification but sent the email to my old account, which I can't access anymore. I’ve been locked out of my account for nearly 6 months. My account name was either "gervoll1966" or "GCMvollrath," and my password was "Fordwater1966." Thank you, Gerard V.

I received a message on Discord informing me that my Steam account has been compromised and is at risk of being banned due to alleged illegal activities. The account now has a different email associated with it, making it inaccessible. I urgently seek assistance in regaining control of my account, as it contains games worth over $[redacted] as well as important contacts of friends and family with whom I play. Time is of the essence, as I was told there are only 15 days before the account is permanently deleted, resulting in the loss of all my possessions. I am grateful for any help or guidance provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having trouble broadcasting from my MacBook Pro. I was under the impression that it would be supported as there are Mac integration icons throughout your site. Can you confirm if broadcasting is not available for macOS? If this is the case, how can I go about getting a refund for the $5.00 store credit and the over $[redacted] I spent on Jackbox games?

The other day, my account was hacked while I was attempting to log in on my phone. I mistakenly accessed a fake website that resembled Steam closely, as it had a secure appearance. Regrettably, I didn't notice the different domain name "steann" until after logging in. I am hoping to recover my account. I can provide the SMS from my recent purchase, which was Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe Edition on November 27th at around 1 pm Hungarian time. Thank you for your prompt response.

Hello, I need assistance with my Steam account. The email, password, and phone number for verification have been changed without my consent, and I am unable to access my account. I can provide proof of ownership with card numbers and billing addresses. I notified my friends to report the account as hacked. While I've changed my email password, I am concerned about the safety of my purchases and personal information. I would appreciate a prompt response on this matter. Thank you.

I recently discovered that my Steam account was restricted for alleged involvement in scams, which is unfounded as I have not engaged in any trading activities. While attempting to sell items on the Steam market previously, I encountered errors on my Steam mobile app. I suspect this situation is linked to owning legitimate items obtained from CS:GO case openings, notably a valuable Marble Fade knife worth around $[redacted]. In response, I have updated both my Steam and email passwords as a precaution. After conducting research, I believe someone unfairly accused me of scamming after failing to acquire my knife, which I had no intention of selling. I am seeking assistance in lifting the account restriction and safeguarding my belongings, as technical issues have hindered my ability to sell or trade. My investment in the game can attest to the authenticity of my possessions, and interactions on my profile demonstrate that I did not promote the sale of the knife. I trust that this matter can be resolved promptly, and I appreciate any assistance provided. Thank you.

I purchased a $[redacted] Steam gift card at my local 7-11. When I tried to remove the sticker covering the code on the back, the numbers on the card came off with it. As a result, the card is now unusable. I am seeking advice on the best solution for this issue. Is there a way to obtain a new code or card? It was intended as a gift for my daughter. Thank you. He enviado varios correos electrónicos, pero aún no he recibido respuesta.

I have sent several emails, but my card has not been activated yet. Since the 4th, I have sent multiple emails. I bought the $50 Steam card, and when I tried to use it, it was not activated. I went back to the store where I purchased it, and they said you needed to activate it because there was no issue on their end. It seems like the card has not been activated by you. This is the second time this has happened to me. I hope you can assist me with this situation. Here is the card number: CP3N2B7A03CB4E.

For days, I've been trying to explain what's happening with my card via email. The card keeps showing the code as invalid for a $50 Steam card. I've sent numerous emails with the receipts, but it keeps showing an error. I really need assistance with this issue. You already have the receipts I sent and the Steam card to check. I just want help with this. I don't want to lose the $50. Please assist me.

I am experiencing difficulties with the game on my computer. It feels like a waste of money. The game was not refunded on the Steam app due to the significant amount of time spent troubleshooting issues such as restarting and adjusting settings. I am extremely frustrated as my attempts to communicate with a real person at Steam have been unsuccessful despite multiple requests for contact. Sincerely, J. Morgan
