I would like for Steam to apply the price of my original purchase toward the Mobilization Bundle that is on sale and credit my American Express Card for the difference. ... I purchased the Cadet Edition of Heart of Iron * on the **rd for $**.** and on the night of the **th I saw that the Cadet Edition plus the first four expansions were being sold in a Mobilization Bundle at a price lower than I paid for the Cadet Edition alone. I like the game and want to keep it. Due to the short period of time between my original purchase and the announced sale, I would ask that the $**.** I paid be applied to the purchase of the Mobilization Bundle (the price is $**.**) and that the difference be credited to my American Express card. If Steam prefers for simplicity to refund the amount of my original purchase then I will buy the Mobilization Bundle. Please let me know my options. I have not actually played the game* the learning curve is steep and the time that I've used the game online has been devoted to obtaining a hands-on feel while simultaneously conducting wiki research and watching You Tube videos. I tried to use the Steam Support Ticket system but it did not offer an option suitable for this request. I would appreciate consideration of my request.
