There is an discount on DLC’s for Euro Truck Simulator *. I bought some DLC’s for €**,** and * hours later I got an e-mail that told me the transaction was failed and they asked me to try once more. So I did and it worked, so I started playing, but in the evening suddenly I got an mail that the one that failed also came true and now I have all the DLC’s I bought twice. I wanted to get back my money for one of the * but Steam rejected this twice.
GetHuman4140713 did not yet indicate what Steam Software should do to make this right.
