I recently purchased Mudrunner for PC, but unfortunately, I did not receive a product key and the game did not appear in my library. Shortly after, I received an automated message from Steam stating there was an error with my recent purchase and that my cart has been saved for 72 hours. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed that the full amount was deducted. This situation feels like theft to me. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly.

My account was compromised by a hacker who added me as a friend and lured me into a fake pro tournament site. I unknowingly provided login details which now prevent me from accessing my account. Despite Steam recovery stating the account doesn't exist, a real-life friend can still see it. My Steam name was ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), Sićavi, and I recall having skins on CS:GO like Insurgency and Rainbow Six Siege. Living in Serbia, I am unable to contact Steam for assistance.

I purchased "Monster Hunter: World" based on a friend's recommendation, but I find the game too confusing and challenging. It also runs poorly on my computer, making it difficult to enjoy. After trying to play for three hours and not having any fun, I would like to request a refund so I can buy a different game that I'm more interested in.

My account was hacked into, and someone changed all of my information while I was still logged in. I am unsure how they managed to alter my name and details, which has left me feeling concerned. Additionally, my Steam bio now states that I have violated the Terms of Service. A message then came through advising me to transfer skins to a friend's account to protect my items from removal. Regrettably, I fell victim to a scam where an imposter tricked me into sending items to their account instead. All my belongings remain on the scammer's account, and I am hopeful that with prompt assistance, I can recover them. I am not well-versed in handling such situations and would appreciate any help possible.

I recently purchased Unity of Command II. After playing about 10 times, the folder indicator turned plain white without any picture. When I clicked on it, a black box appeared with my account name "slowpapa13" and prompted me for a password. I attempted various passwords but was eventually locked out. Subsequently, my wife tried to create a new account under "slowpapa48" but encountered further issues. I'm not sure if this can be fixed or if I need to begin again. I hope someone can assist me with this. Thank you.

I recently found myself added to a group unexpectedly. Shortly after, the group owner or someone used @all to notify members about claiming a "free gift." When I clicked on the link provided, it redirected me to a page prompting me to log in via Steam. After entering my information and completing the Steam Guard process, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Upon checking with a friend, it was discovered that my profile privacy settings had been altered to private, along with changes to my email and password.

I downloaded GTA 5 from your client and since then, my PC is not functioning. I cannot even open the start menu. I've never had issues with memory usage, graphics, or processing on my PC before. This game ruined my experience compared to playing on my PS4. I used to enjoy playing Fallout 1 through 4, the Half-Life series, CS: GO, Killing Floor, and even Ubisoft games like The Division. However, the compatibility issues with your client were never as severe as with GTA 5. I feel like I've wasted $[redacted] on a PC that no longer works because of your game. I have tried to resolve this amicably with your customer service but to no avail. Games are my escape and you've taken that away from me. I feel frustrated and robbed, and I need this situation resolved promptly.

I recently fell victim to a scam where the perpetrator not only took my account but also targeted my friend's account. I am reaching out to Steam for assistance in recovering my account promptly. It's frustrating that it's taking more than a day to receive a response from Steam. I am requesting that Steam promptly assist me in changing my password. I can provide my username, old password, and original email address before it was changed by the scammer. I have evidence to support my claim of being scammed, and I can also provide contact information for five individuals who can verify the ownership of my account.

I bought a 4-pack of Tabletop Simulator for myself and three friends. We played for about 6 hours and experienced lag issues, making it unenjoyable. After multiple explanations about our dissatisfaction and the intention to use the money for another game on Steam, I am still awaiting a refund. I am eager to receive the refund and have the funds in my Steam wallet to purchase a different game. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in processing this refund promptly.

I'm puzzled about a recent trade with a friend involving skins. We both agreed to it, and I sent over most of my skins for him to try out. He's my real-life best friend, so I trust him and checked his inventory, which showed no sign of the skins. Strangely, I can't find the skins either now. I've lost around 5 skins valued at over $60. I'm unsure how to proceed and would appreciate more information as well as a possible solution to this issue.

My account was hacked by someone using the username "halloween spongebob". They changed the email and password. I managed to see part of the new email which looks like p****g******@gmail.com. It seems related to a Donald Trump catchphrase. I submitted a ticket about a month ago. I have verification codes and the payment information used for purchases.

I purchased a $[redacted] Steam card that turned out to be invalid. It was meant as a Christmas gift, but now I need a refund. My spouse and I usually buy $[redacted] Steam cards without any issues. I recently purchased Hearts of Iron 4, but unfortunately, I've been facing issues with the game not loading correctly. Despite my efforts to report crashes and restart, I've had no success in getting it to work. I tried to stop the game from running to avoid counting it as playtime, but it wouldn't respond. Even after multiple attempts, the game continued running. Eventually, I had to shut down my laptop, unknowingly leaving Steam open, causing the game to run all night. Consequently, my playtime accumulated excessively. I only managed to play around 20-30 minutes on a different computer and found the game lacking a tutorial, which left me dissatisfied with the experience. I have attempted to contact your customer service team via phone, but have been unsuccessful. The recorded message instructs me to communicate via text, which I have done without resolution. I demand a refund promptly. Failure to provide the refund will result in me seeking legal advice and involving consumer protection agencies. I have already provided my address for the refund. I expect a straightforward resolution as I will not accept any further delays or requests for additional payment for an issue caused by your company's error.

I recently fell victim to a scam involving a fake Steam admin, resulting in the loss of 3 full trade screens worth of items. The scammer, posing as an admin, claimed my account was on the brink of deletion, subsequently changing my password, disconnecting my mobile authenticator, and replacing my email with theirs. Although I was able to recover my account, the sentimental items collected over a 9-year span are now missing. The scammer's last login location was traced back to the Philippines, which differs from my residence in Poland. These items held sentimental value for me since childhood, making this loss particularly devastating, especially so close to Christmas. I have documentation of the entire ordeal in preparation for the worst-case scenario, which unfortunately unfolded. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

There is a discount on DLCs for Euro Truck Simulator 2. I purchased some DLCs for €52.11 and received an email notifying me that the initial transaction failed, requesting me to retry. I reattempted the purchase and it went through, so I started playing. Later in the evening, I received another email stating that the initial transaction actually went through, resulting in me having bought the DLCs twice. I reached out to Steam twice to request a refund for one of the purchases, but they rejected my request on both occasions.
