Hello, I am having trouble logging into Steam because the email address associated with my account, [redacted], is no longer active. This prevents me from receiving the necessary activation code. I attempted to use the mobile app to activate my account, but encountered the same issue of not receiving the code via email. My account remains unblocked, and I have the correct account credentials. Is it possible to assist me in activating my account using a different email address or through the smartphone app? My current functional email address is [redacted]

I purchased Command Modern Operations without realizing the importance of the TacView program. I bought TacView separately and asked for a refund for the price difference compared to the bundle. However, I have yet to receive any response. I exceeded the 2-hour playtime limit on CMO, but not on TacView. After not hearing back initially, I decided to refund both to repurchase the bundle. The refund for TacView was processed, but CMO was not due to 6 hours of play. Looking back, I should have requested a refund immediately, anticipating the lack of response, to repurchase the bundle. Now I am stuck with a refund for one but not the other. Assistance would be appreciated.

I'm having trouble logging into my Steam account. I've tried changing my password several times, but it keeps saying my password is invalid even though I know it's correct. Even after changing the password, I'm still unable to log in. This is preventing me from accessing games I've purchased and from buying new ones in the future. Please assist.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with regaining access to my account that has been compromised by an unknown individual. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering it. I possess numerous purchase records that validate my ownership of the account. The username for my Steam account is "Kaanisbest," but the password and email associated with it have been altered. This incident occurred after clicking on a suspicious website that potentially contained a virus, leading to the unauthorized email notification stating a change in the account's email address. I can confirm that I did not modify any account details. The last email address I utilized was "[redacted]," and for security reasons, I cannot disclose my current password. I am willing to provide it upon request to facilitate the account recovery process. If you are able to resolve this issue by resetting my password, I would greatly appreciate it and also recommend your service to others. If not, I will resort to contacting Steam support. Thank you in advance for your help.

I bought "Prince of Persia: Warrior Within" on Steam. I've made it halfway through the game, but I'm encountering bugs and glitches that are preventing me from completing it. I've attempted to resolve the issue by verifying the game files and reinstalling, but unfortunately, the problems persist. I'm seeking guidance on how to address these glitches that are disrupting my gameplay experience.

I recently purchased a Valve Index, but quickly changed my mind and requested a refund while the order was still processing. Typically, Steam responds to refund requests within 24 hours for games, but in this case, I have not received a response after several days. The order has since been shipped and delivered to my home. Given the circumstances, I decided to try out the product, but I still would like to proceed with the refund.

Hello, I unfortunately fell victim to a phishing scam yesterday. I bought 4 $50 Steam Wallet gift cards in Melbourne, Australia. The verification codes were sent to a fake email address and a fraudulent PayPal account. Is it possible to get a refund or block the cards? Can you track the IP address that accessed them? Thank you, Keith

I have submitted two refund requests for an obviously defective product, but I keep receiving automated responses. All I want is assistance in resolving the issue with a game that won't launch. Other users have reported no issues, so I am certain they can help me resolve this. If they are unable to assist, I would like a refund. According to consumer law in Australia, I am entitled to a repair or refund for faulty products. However, Steam support has been unresponsive and refuses to communicate with me.

I have reported multiple times that my account has been compromised, resulting in my items being stolen three times. Over the past month, I have reported numerous instances of being scammed. A trade offer was made, which I accepted, but it appeared as if I canceled it, then another trade request with the same details auto-accepted instantly. I have also received threats of being hacked, which I reported, but have not received a response. I urgently require assistance in retrieving my lost items. This situation has occurred twice, so your help would be greatly appreciated.

While playing a game yesterday, I encountered an issue. A random person added me and sent a link to some purported free games. I clicked on the link, logged in, and then found myself kicked out of my account. Despite attempting to log back in and resetting the password, the reset code was sent to an unfamiliar email address. I have tried reaching out for help about this situation. This led to a strange conversation with the current account holder, who accused me of selling the account. I was quite surprised by this, as I would never consider selling my account. Apologies for any strong language used in the conversation. [redacted]

I received an automated text this morning informing me that my mobile authenticator had been removed without my consent. When I attempted to log in, my password was not recognized, leaving me feeling anxious as I tried to reset it using my email, only to discover there was no associated Steam account. Despite having a secure mobile authenticator, my account seemed compromised as the reset email led to a random address I did not recognize. I am deeply concerned as my Steam account holds sentimental value from childhood and contains purchases amounting to around $[redacted]-[redacted]. I am eager to resolve this issue by providing all necessary account information and proof of purchases to a real person. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may escalate it to the appropriate authorities.

I woke up to an automated text stating my mobile authenticator had been removed, and that I should contact support if I didn’t approve this removal. When I tried logging in, my password didn’t work, which led me to try changing it. However, after filling in my email, I realized there was no Steam account attached to it. Despite having a secure mobile authenticator, I couldn't retrieve my account. When I tried using my username instead of my email, I discovered it was linked to a random email I didn't recognize. This caused me anxiety as my Steam account holds sentimental value and has significant purchases totaling around $[redacted] to $[redacted]. I'm eager to speak with a real person and can provide all necessary information to prove ownership. If my issue is not resolved, I will seek legal assistance.

Hello GetHuman Support, I am experiencing an issue with Hunt Showdown and I would like to reset my account to start the game from the beginning. Recently, I lost connection during a game, which upset me because I had promised myself I would not leave games abruptly. Now that I have been disconnected from a match, I would appreciate it if my progress could be reset so I can begin anew. I have only played the game for about 5 hours, so I am still very new and will not pose a challenge to other players.

My brother and I are having issues with Halo MCC. Whenever we try to play matchmaking together, the person not hosting the lobby gets kicked right before the game starts. This happens consistently, and we suspect it may be due to us sharing the same IP address since we live in the same house. Interestingly, this problem doesn't occur when I play with someone else, only with my brother. We wonder if it could be related to the anti-cheat system. Strangely, when a friend hosts the lobby, we can play without any issues. This peculiar issue also occurred when we tried playing Apex Legends.

During a recent sale, Steam offered their steam controllers for $5 each. I added one to my Steam Cart, but couldn't order multiples, so I placed two separate orders. I received only one email confirming processing, but was charged for both. I'm unsure if the second order, placed immediately after the first, will be fulfilled. If not, I would like a refund to my account wallet.

I am looking for information on when my card was redeemed. I purchased two $50 Steam cards, and upon verification, it seemed like they had already been used. I am interested in finding out the date when they were redeemed and resolving this issue. I would like to speak with someone to address this matter as I have proof of purchase with the receipt for the $[redacted] spent on the two cards. Thank you.

I recently bought a $[redacted] Steam wallet card from Best Buy in Sunrise, FL around 5:30 today. After sending the card to my girlfriend and her being unable to activate it, I returned to Best Buy but they were unhelpful. I am reaching out to Steam to resolve the issue and either activate the card or provide a refund. Redemption code: NOFN9-MMIR9-P55CA. My name is Dennis B. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]

I have a Steam account that I haven't accessed in a few months. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email address associated with it. When I attempt to retrieve my password/username through the "forgot my password" section, I receive a message saying, "Sorry, we were unable to find an email address that matched your search." Since I've changed my player name multiple times, I'm currently unable to recall my Steam player name. I can provide details such as games purchased on Steam with their CD keys, my email address, mobile phone number, address, and some previously used player names. I'm hoping to regain access to my account as I have made significant purchases on it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
