I unfortunately had someone mistakenly report me for duplicate items in TF2. They contacted me and showed me a video of a Steam administrator banning users. They threatened to ban me within an hour. I added them as requested, and now they have control over my account to investigate the report. I'm unsure about what steps to take next and feeling worried about the situation.

I have been dealing with daily hacking attempts on my account. Despite deleting it through Steam, I am still receiving password reset attempts. The email linked to the account is [redacted] I need every trace of the account and its information removed immediately to prevent any breach of my data. If this is not resolved, I will have to take legal action. I want all ties to any Steam account severed as I no longer wish to be associated with it.

I am not a customer with steampowered, and I do not own an account. However, unfortunately, someone has obtained my bank card details and made five unauthorized transactions of $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted]. I have been struggling to reach a customer service representative to address this issue, which is very frustrating. I am requesting a refund for these transactions and seeking information on where, how, and by whom they were made. I urgently need my account to be reimbursed. The unauthorized transactions were done using my Visa debit card, which has been deactivated, bearing the number #4[redacted] 9[redacted]. My name is Jeff Grant, and you can contact me at the phone number [redacted]. Please act promptly and ethically to resolve this matter as we have both fallen victim to this fraudulent activity.

I encountered an issue with trading items. I attempted to trade my Stattrack™ AWP | Asiimov Well-Worn to my friend, but the offer canceled inexplicably. The offer was sent to an account with the same name and profile picture, which is at level 0 and cannot be found on the Steam community. Consequently, the items are now missing from my account. I wish to retrieve the skin as it is valued at over €[redacted] on the community market. I have numerous screenshots available, which I am willing to provide if needed. My Steam profile link: [redacted] Friend's Steam profile link: [redacted] Profile where the Asiimov was sent: [redacted]

I purchased a bundle of games from Humble Bundle, and shortly after, they were revoked. Now, there's a yellow bar on the top right of my Steam account indicating they've been revoked. I'm unable to close the window. I'm looking for clarification on why the games were revoked and how to close the window. My Steam account name is Purdy. I'm hoping to resolve this issue - either getting the games back or a refund. Thank you.

I transferred Destiny 2 from Battle.net to Steam during their migration. I've put in over [redacted] hours of work on my characters and spent $60 on the Forsaken DLC. When the transfer to Steam claimed all existing progress would carry over, I was eager to play. However, upon loading the game, none of my characters or the purchased DLC appeared. While I'm not too concerned about the characters, I am eager to have either the DLC content or a refund for the $60 spent.

I purchased a $[redacted] Steam gift card from Walmart to exchange for bitcoin on paxful.com. The vendor claimed the card was already used despite me showing the receipt. The vendor refused to release the bitcoin, prompting me to enter a dispute. The moderator advised me to contact Steam Customer Support for proof of redemption and upload the conversation screenshot within 24 hours. Disputes can take up to 30 days to resolve due to high trade volumes. Any assistance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

On October 5th, [redacted], I bought [redacted] credits on Steam for Skyrim: Elder Scrolls. Although my credit card was charged, I have not received the credits. I bought a game on October 8th after previously playing it via Steam Share with a friend. My decision to purchase was based on my positive experience with the game about 6-8 months ago. However, upon playing the game, I was disappointed to find that it had more bugs than before, especially when attempting to play with my friends. I tried to request a refund twice, but it seems the automated system declined it due to the game showing 23 hours of playtime, even though I only bought it recently.

I purchased a game and have played it for approximately 12 hours. However, the game shuts down without saving my progress, causing me to start over multiple times. Despite the 2-hour return policy, I spent $[redacted] on this game. Unfortunately, I cannot save my progress as needed, and I consistently get disconnected while playing. Additionally, it takes about an hour and a half for the game to start up. I would like a refund as the game is not functioning properly on my computer, and I do not want to continue restarting due to these issues.

I bought 3 gift cards worth $[redacted] for Steam, but when I tried to redeem them, it said they were already used. I feel frustrated that someone else has accessed my funds. I have the receipts and my driver's license with my address matching the purchase location. I want the person who used them to be held accountable and their account canceled for fraudulently redeeming my cards. Please reach out to me to help resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out to address the trade ban on my account. I was genuinely surprised and shocked to discover that my account had been subjected to a trade ban. Typically, fraudulent activities and scams lead to such consequences, and I am at a loss as to why my account has been trade banned. I have not engaged in any form of scamming, and my assumption is that I might have been incorrectly mass reported, resulting in this ban. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. It would be greatly appreciated if you could review my trade history and inventory to verify that I have not been involved in any actions warranting this ban. I am eager for a solution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've had a Steam account for 10 years, but due to personal reasons, I haven't used it for the past 16 months. Now, when I try to log in, I can't access my account. I tried using Steam's official account recovery support, and they asked for the last four digits of the card I used to purchase games. I bought CS:GO with one of my cards, but I can't remember which one. I've used multiple cards and can't recall which one was used for the purchase. My account details are as follows: Account name: csshinok Email address: [redacted] I believe this was the last email address associated with my account. Can someone please advise me on what to do next? Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a steam card from a retailer, peeled off the sticker to reveal the code, but part of the code got damaged. The retailer directed me to contact customer support, who then advised me to return to the retailer. Upon doing so, the retailer refused to assist me, which is a first for me. In a similar situation in the past, a different retailer contacted customer support and quickly provided me with a new code, resolving the issue efficiently. I bought this card as a gift for a friend with a steam account, but I'm currently out $50 due to the damaged code. I have the receipt and the card, and I simply need the missing part of the code to access the funds. I hope you can help me rectify this situation as I would like to avoid losing $50.

I bought a Steam wallet card from Best Buy today, ensuring the scratch-off numbers on the back were intact. After scratching off the info, the recipient claimed the card was invalid. This is a new issue for me as I've bought many Steam cards in the past. When I returned to the store, the manager said that once activated and the back bar scratched off, they are non-refundable. Now, I'm seeking help here.

I am new here and urgently seeking assistance regarding my recent purchase of $[redacted] in Steam wallet cards from two different Walgreens stores. When I gifted them to my friend, they turned out to be invalid. I have already contacted the stores, but they advised me to reach out to you for resolution. I have the receipts for both transactions and am very distressed as this amounts to a significant portion of my income. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

After downloading Destiny 2, I'm facing an issue when trying to launch the program as it continually says "running" and then just quits. The files haven't unpacked yet. I had no problems playing it before on my system. However, after upgrading to an SSD, reinstalling Steam, and downloading Destiny 2 again, it won't work. I'm not using any overclocking apps. I've re-downloaded Steam, updated all drivers for the display and graphics, and disabled firewalls and virus programs. I'm using Windows 10 education on a mid-[redacted] iMac through Bootcamp. I've looked for solutions on forums and tried all suggestions without success. I'm frustrated after spending over 8 hours trying to solve this to play with my friends. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently had my account reported for false scamming, and I've tried to address it under the username al_aar_aaz. However, I found the process with the admin I was supposed to contact to be questionable. I had to spend approximately $260AUD on Tradeit.gg to prove my account's authenticity. Unfortunately, the admin couldn't resolve the issue due to internal errors. My account is facing permanent removal in 2 days, and I cannot afford to spend more money. I am confused about the process and reluctant to invest further. I am aware of the refund policy, but I fear losing my savings in trying to clear my name. I seek clarity on the system's procedures or assistance in resolving the issue with the admin. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards.
