I requested a refund less than * hours within purchase of the game, the download took almost * hours then I tried to play the game but was unable because of the way the aircraft from the DLC I purchased with the game ran poorly. I thought I would be able to fix the issue on my own and attempted for three hours, when I gave up I realized I would not be able to play the game I decided to ask for a refund unaware of your * hour play time return policy. I was now denied twice I feel this policy is unfair and also as I only exceeded by an hour, also as I purchased three separate things it is impossible that I was using all three of them for three hours. So I am within a two hour requirement and I request that you review your decision and refund my purchase. I would like to remain your loyal customer.**Best regards,
I think I am not the only one unaware of * hrs return policy. also, as this is a complicated game it takes longer to figure it out and realize that I won't be able to fix the issues and use the game.
