I was trying to get a refund. ... I recently bought a DLC for Microsoft flight simulator. My account name is Zaakit and the game keeps crashing so I requested a refund. However it's saying I've spent * hours flying that DLC, and I don't think I've even done an hour with it. I want to know how they are looking at which DLC I am using or if they just look at my game play and assume I am using it.*I would really appreciate some help, my problem can be fixed by a refund because you've got it wrong.*Zaakir
They think I've spent * hours flying it but I've spent like ** minutes. They don't get that I'm not flying that plane and I'm flying something else. I've requested a refund * times and told them about my problem.
Give me a refund.You aren't looking at what aircraft I'm flying. You're just assuming that. How do you know I was using that DLC?
