On Wednesday, March 15th, a friend who goes by the steam name Uncle Conagher messaged me claiming he had accidentally falsely reported my account. He then referred me to an admin named Lef(SR) in a steam chat window. Following his instructions, I traded all my TF2 items to a designated bot account to prove their validity. Next, he instructed me to switch to a Discord message window, after which I lost access to my steam account. For approximately 2-3 hours on Discord, he guided me to sign into a bot marketplace.tf account to transfer ownership of my steam account. During this process, transactions were made using my card, resulting in a deduction of $[redacted]. Despite assurances of a refund and account retrieval, I never regained access to my steam account nor received the promised funds. Consequently, I initiated a dispute for the marketplace.tf charges with my bank, but the unresolved issue remains that I underwent a recovery process after a false report without successful account restoration.

I took advantage of a sale on the Elder Scrolls Online base game and Morrowind DLC collector bundles for my Mac. Despite meeting or exceeding all minimum requirements, the game failed to load after several tries spanning three to four days. Although Steam shows that I played for 3 hours, in reality, the game didn't launch at all and I spent days stuck at a loading screen. I reached out to Steam, Bethesda, and ZeniMax through various channels but felt disappointed by their customer service. Eventually, ZeniMax and Bethesda responded, directing me back to Steam. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I decided to purchase a PlayStation 4 and repurchase Elder Scrolls Online along with the Summerset upgrade to avoid further issues. I now have a separate gaming email for my PlayStation account and my personal email linked to Steam. My simple request is to transfer my game access from the Mac platform to PlayStation since I haven't been able to play, and I prefer not to go through the setup process again. It should be straightforward to switch my purchase to a PlayStation 4 copy with the money I've already spent.

I recently took advantage of a sale on Elder Scrolls Online base game and Morrowind DLC, purchasing them for my Mac. Despite meeting or exceeding the minimum system requirements, I encountered issues with the game not loading after multiple attempts over several days. While my Steam account indicates 3 hours played, I have not been able to access the game and have faced difficulties reaching out to Steam, Bethesda, and ZeniMax for assistance. After receiving unhelpful responses, I decided to buy the game for PlayStation 4 to avoid further frustration. I now have a separate email for gaming linked to my PlayStation account and my personal email linked to Steam. My main request is to transfer my game purchase from Mac to PlayStation 4 since I have not been able to play on the original platform. I hope to resolve this issue smoothly without having to set everything up again.

I recently received a message informing me that an admin has banned my Team Fortress 2 account due to alleged trade fraud involving items. Despite not playing the game for months and obtaining some items legitimately, I was instructed by someone named "[MOD] JONEEL FRANCISCO" to provide trade details. I naively trusted them after being shown the items in question. Subsequently, I was directed to add over $[redacted] to websites for item purchases, with a warning to comply. The email provided, [redacted], is unfamiliar to me, and my account now displays a suspension until January 18, [redacted]. I am unable to communicate, trade, purchase items, or modify my profile. I seek assistance promptly.

I purchased the Crysis bundle on Steam, which included four games. I dedicated six hours to playing Crysis to give it a fair chance, but unfortunately, I did not enjoy it. Despite playing the first game for over two hours, I only played the sequel for 29 minutes and have not touched the other two games. Steam's automated response states that I played my purchase for over two hours, therefore, they cannot issue a refund. I believe it would be appropriate to refund the three games I have not played for more than two hours. I find it unjust to be stuck with games I have no interest in simply because I exceeded the refund time limit by playing one game slightly longer.

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege earlier and logged off. Two hours later, when I tried to sign back in, it prompted me to reset my password using an unfamiliar Gmail account. The account name displayed was Stormz_aura with the initial email [redacted] The email and password have since been changed by someone else. I received the complete edition of Rainbow Six Siege from my brother as a Christmas gift, and he used his credit card for the purchase. I am concerned about my account's security and would like to regain access to it. My Uplay account name is Im_Not_ACavMain.

I am interested in buying a discounted item that includes several DLCs for a game I already own. The DLCs individually cost more than the current bundle deal. However, when I try to purchase the item on Steam, it informs me that I already own some items in "Borderlands 2 Game of the Year" and won't receive extra copies. I want to make sure that if I buy the "Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition," it will add the DLCs to my existing game. I want clarification before proceeding with the purchase to ensure the DLCs will be applied to my current copy of Borderlands 2.

I noticed that there was a weekend sale on Steam with discounts ranging from 40% off and up. I was excited to purchase Black Ops 3 Zombies Chronicles Edition, the Black Ops Bundle, and the Black Ops 2 Digital Deluxe Bundle at a 50% discount. However, when I revisited my cart less than 3 hours later, the sale had unexpectedly ended, even though it was supposed to continue until April 1st. Today is March 29th, and I have been searching for answers for the past 5 hours regarding why the sale ended prematurely. I have also been struggling to find a way to contact Steam's customer support, which is quite frustrating. I seek clarification on why the sale concluded 3 days in advance of the advertised end date of April 1st, [redacted].

I recently had an issue with a gift card I purchased. Unfortunately, the Steam code was not working and my dad accidentally threw it away. I'm now unable to use the remaining balance and feel frustrated. I kindly ask for $20 to be credited back to my account to rectify the situation. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Hello. I am Nolan, and after being offline for about 6 months, I tried to access Steam to play Age of Empires 2 with the additional packs that I purchased last year. Unfortunately, the game wouldn’t launch. I tried restarting my computer and updating Steam, but the issue persisted with the game stuck in the update queue. I uninstalled the game, but now I am unable to reinstall it, and it doesn’t appear in my purchase history. My account name is Horseman019. Due to finishing my college degree, social commitments, and limited internet access, I haven't logged in recently. I just want to reinstall and enjoy my game.

I bought Jump Force for $60, excited to play, but unfortunately, my computer couldn't handle it. The game ran so slowly that cutscenes took forever, and gameplay was unplayable due to lag. Despite only playing for 3 hours and 36 minutes, my refund request was denied since it exceeded the 2-hour limit. Frustrated, I submitted another refund request to receive the funds in my Steam wallet instead. I hope to hear back soon as I'd like to use the money to purchase a game that works well on my system.

Hello, I am not experiencing any issues with a game I own. The concern I have is regarding an email I received a few days ago announcing a sale on two games from my wishlist. The weekend deal was supposed to last until April 1st, [redacted]. I purchased Call of Duty WWII for myself during the sale. However, when I tried to buy it for my husband today, the discount was no longer available, not even the 60% off that was advertised. Although I did see the disclaimer about discounts being subject to change, it is unusual for a sale to end before the specified date. I am hoping to still purchase this game for my husband. Additionally, the Call of Duty Infinite Warfare DLC pack was also on sale but is no longer discounted. I would appreciate it if someone could address this issue promptly. Thank you, L.

On March 29th, while on my account, I encountered a user named "Ice the Neko" who directed me to a website. Despite reassurances from previous safe experiences with my Steam account, I visited the site. However, upon attempting to log in, a glitch occurred. The following day, I discovered that my account had been compromised and all details altered. I still have access to my original email and phone number, and I have reached out to Steam Software for assistance. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response regarding this issue.

I received a message from a friend on my Steam account, I clicked on a link that led me to a free game roulette. Unfortunately, after entering my details, my account got compromised. I'm currently unable to access my account as both the password and email have been altered. I reached out to Steam support and provided receipts of my recent purchases, but I have not received a response in approximately 5 hours.

I need urgent assistance. As a loyal customer of Steam for many years, I've invested over $2,[redacted] in steam cards without any issues. Yet, after purchasing $[redacted] worth of cards for my brother's birthday, he couldn't redeem them due to an error claiming they were already activated. This has put me in a difficult spot financially. I purchased an additional set of $[redacted] worth of cards that also did not work. I deeply respect Steam as a company, but this situation has caused me significant trouble. I urgently need to speak with a representative to address this matter. Feel free to reach me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted]. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am reaching out for urgent assistance. I have been a dedicated customer of Steam for many years and have spent over two thousand dollars on their gift cards without any issues until now. Yesterday, I purchased seven gift cards totaling seven hundred dollars to celebrate my little brother's birthday. However, upon his attempt to redeem them today, an error message indicated that the cards had already been activated. This is distressing as I cannot afford to lose such a significant amount of money. I believe in the integrity of Steam and am hopeful that this situation can be resolved promptly. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. I am eager to connect with a representative, either by phone or through an online chat, to arrange for a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I attempted to create a new account by providing a username (Sanctus Reaper) and proving my humanity. However, despite my efforts to craft a strong password, I have been unable to meet your system's requirements. A friend (ninjafu) suggested I create a Steam account for gaming, but my struggles persist. I even resorted to password generator websites to no avail. If possible, could you assign a password to my account using my username and email? I appreciate your assistance and eagerly await your response. Apologies for the lengthy message. Regards, Louis N.

I downloaded Counter-Strike: Global Offensive since it's free to play. I used to enjoy playing it at my friends' places, but after achieving my first Competitive Rank, my game matchmaking wait times increased drastically from 2-3 minutes to over an hour with no matches found. Despite seeking help online and contacting Steam support, the issue persists. Purchasing Prime Status temporarily solved the problem, allowing me to play a few matches before the long wait times returned. Interestingly, when my friend logged onto his Steam account on my computer, the game worked flawlessly, indicating the issue is not on my end. Seeking a refund has proven challenging due to the hours I've logged onto the game, primarily spent waiting for matches. This situation leaves me with a non-functional game that I paid for and seeking assistance to address this ongoing problem.

Hello, I am still waiting for my Collector’s Aegis from batch 6. The tracker shows it's in the Philippines since March 9, but it's now April 1. Please take action on this delay. I have already paid for it. Thank you.
