My son was playing CS:GO in a group game when he was suddenly logged off. Upon logging back in, he discovered that all his weapons and items he acquired were missing. It appears he was hacked. He has invested a significant amount in this game only to lose everything. I'm dismayed by the lack of protection that led to this theft of his belongings. I am requesting an investigation into this matter and for his items to be restored. This incident has left us feeling disappointed, leading my son to reconsider continuing with the game. It would be appreciated if you could address this issue promptly.

I'm encountering a login issue with my PUBG Mobile account. I initially played on Android through Google Play Games and later linked my account to Twitter so I could access it on iOS. After a week, I tried logging in on iOS via Twitter but was given a new account at level 1 with my Twitter username. On returning to Android, my original account is still accessible whether I login through Google Play Games or Twitter. I prefer iOS due to Android server issues. While I can access my original account on Android, attempting to do the same on iOS with the Twitter username/email leads me to the new level 1 account. I'm unsure how to proceed since unlinking Twitter or linking the original account to Facebook again isn't an option. I'm stuck with the new account and seek assistance to resolve this issue and access my hard-earned progress on the original account.

I am having difficulties logging in to PUBG Mobile. Initially, I began playing on Android using Google Play Games and later linked my account to Twitter to be able to access it on iOS as well. Recently, after logging in on iOS through Twitter, the game created a new account for me at level * using my Twitter username. When I returned to Android and tried to log in through Google Play Games or Twitter, my old account was still accessible. However, I prefer not to play on Android due to poor latency across servers. While I can log in on Android with the same Twitter username and access my original account, on iOS, logging in with the same username or email directs me to the new level one PUBG account. Unfortunately, I am unable to fully unlink my Twitter account or link my old account a third time to Facebook. Additionally, I have not found a way to delete the new account. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated, as I have put significant effort into my original account.

Dear Valve, I have been a loyal customer of your Steam games for many years and have always trusted your services for my gaming needs. While I appreciate the usual 2-hour refund policy, I encountered an issue with the game Factorio, as its complexity made it challenging to assess within the time frame. This game requires significant time commitment, with one round lasting between 4-8 hours. Unfortunately, I now regret my purchase and feel like I have invested a lot of time with little enjoyment in return. I kindly request an exception to be made in this case to help me address this situation. Sincerely, HAVOC Previous Refund Request: Account: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Ticket: HT-T2K3-[redacted]-R5VQ

I am currently facing a ban or suspension on my account due to alleged scamming activities. I became aware of this issue when my friend notified me of multiple reports against my account, which I strongly deny. Furthermore, my cousin mentioned my account was active recently, despite me not being online since March 7th due to work commitments. I suspect my account may have been compromised as I have a significant collection of games and items at stake. It is puzzling why I would risk losing these items that I purchased with my own money. My username is halobi0044, and when I attempt to sign in, it states that my account does not exist without any ban notification. Regrettably, I am unable to access the original email associated with my account but have updated the contact information in an attempt to recover my password. I kindly request assistance in restoring access to my account.

After playing Conan Exiles during the free weekend, I accidentally purchased the DLC when I meant to buy Devil May Cry 5. Despite realizing my mistake quickly and requesting a refund before the free weekend ended, I have been told I am ineligible for a refund due to my gameplay hours. I believe my playtime during the free weekend should not impact my ability to return the DLC as I only bought it by mistake. I have been a loyal customer of Steam for many years and have rarely asked for refunds. Please consider refunding the DLC so I can purchase the correct game. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Bryan Harry.

I purchased Frostpunk on the 7th of February. The game consistently crashes on my computer, despite my system being able to handle new games at high quality. After about 5 minutes of gameplay, it freezes and crashes, rendering it unplayable. I've tried recommended fixes from forums to no avail, and I'm reluctant to reinstall Windows for one game. While the game may be enjoyable, I am unable to experience it that way currently. Although it's past the 2-week refund period, it has only been a month since I bought the game. Due to work and university commitments, I couldn't address this issue sooner. I hope for a more thoughtful response to my situation rather than an automated ticket.

Hello, I bought Grand Theft Auto 5 a few days ago and it's been running smoothly. Today, it prompted me to log into my account. After confirming I'm not a robot, when I attempt to log in, I receive an error message from Steam. The message advises me to try again later and contact Customer Support if the problem persists. I followed the instructions but when I log in, it mentions that I'm accessing Steam from a new browser or device. I haven't received a verification code despite trying to request one. After checking my spam folder and trying various options like selecting "What Message" and "Still No Luck," the issue remains unsolved. I even called the support number without success. If you could assist me with resolving this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello, I am Jon Holmes, also known as MicroTSG on Steam. I apologize for the frustration in my message. I am experiencing difficulty signing in. I attempted to use the self-help tools on the website for about an hour. Initially, I couldn't sign in on the website or my phone, but could on the computer app to play games. Now, even that doesn't work after changing my password three times. It seems like either I am entering the new password incorrectly or the system is not responding due to frequent changes. I am unsure about how to submit a ticket, having spent 20 minutes looking for it. I am considering changing my password again as a last resort. If possible, I would prefer resolving this over the phone for quicker assistance. I seek a solution to sign in to Steam on all devices. Thank you for your help.

While playing Rocket League, I attempted to trade with another player who sent me a link to leave a reputation. Assuming they were trustworthy, I clicked on the link and tried to input the safeguard code. When it didn't work, I suspected something was wrong. I intended to change my password but had to tend to my pizza. Upon returning, I discovered someone was already on my account. I urgently tried to change my password, but before I could finalize it, the password was altered by the hacker. They also changed the email linked to my account and added a new unknown phone number. I am currently locked out of my account with no means of regaining access.

Hello, I have reason to believe that my Steam account, "paulmann_sk," may have been accessed without authorization today. I discovered this breach when I noticed a change in the email address associated with the account. I immediately took the necessary steps to secure my account by changing all passwords and enhancing the security of my email connected to the Steam account. However, I recently received a notification about a Steam gift sent to a player called "Kamtor" for "ARMA: Cold War Assault." I am unfamiliar with this individual and did not send this gift. I am requesting assistance in possibly refunding or retracting the gift and any other impacted items. Additionally, I would appreciate it if it were possible to track my account activity since this morning of the 22nd of March and check the access log for any suspicious activities. Thank you for addressing this matter. Best regards, P.

While playing a regular deathmatch in CSGO (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive), I was performing well with the AWP sniper rifle when an account named "Challengeme" approached me. They asked me to play as their team's sniper in an upcoming tournament. When I inquired about the tournament details, the account insisted that I needed to trade my skins to participate without providing a clear explanation. Feeling uneasy about this request due to lack of prior practice or gameplay, I declined. Subsequently, the account accused me of wallhacking, claiming to have observed my last game. I want to emphasize that I have never engaged in any illegal activities in gaming and have not hacked in any game. The account threatened to use a Steam ban bot on my account if I did not comply. Now, my account has been banned from the community, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. I believe the account's actions have led to this unjust outcome. I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly, especially since I have valuable skins at stake. The individual I interacted with, claiming to be Veronika, 19 years old from the UK, could you please provide me with a contact number for further assistance within the 24-hour window to trade my skins to a friend. Your swift attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as I strive to rectify this situation.

I was gaming on csgo when an account named Veronika, claiming to be 19, invited me to join her team for a tournament called Challengeme. She requested that I trade my skins or transfer them to another account to be eligible, which struck me as odd. I agreed to consider it after some team practice, but Veronika insisted it was unnecessary. Unhappy with her lack of professionalism, I declined her offer. In response, she threatened to have her team report my account to a steam ban bot, resulting in my account being banned. Now, I have 24 hours to transfer my skins before facing a permanent ban without any explanation provided. This situation seems unjust as I have not engaged in any misconduct. I am frustrated and seek to have my account reinstated without a ban.

I was banned from the community for posting an inappropriate picture. I would like to apologize and change my picture, as I intended to do so anyway. I have been a loyal member for nearly 10 years and have invested a lot of money in games. I am truly sorry for the offense, and if my account is reinstated, I will ensure it does not happen again. My account username is stodge74 (Shrog), and the picture displayed was a humorous image of Shrek with inappropriate content. I acknowledge my mistake and am committed to abiding by the community guidelines in the future.

Last year on March 22nd, I experienced a loss of valuable items through a trade on opskins with a Steam user. Despite my efforts to recover them, my items remain missing. The user provided misleading instructions during the trade, leading to confusion and ultimately cutting off contact abruptly. I have included links to screenshots of the interactions for reference. Several days have passed, and my worry about the fate of my items continues to grow. The bot involved in the trade still possesses three specific items of mine, including a Dead Of Night, a Carpet Bomber Stickybomb Launcher, and an Airwolf Knife. I am deeply anxious about the status of these items and hopeful for their return. I urge for swift action and resolution to this matter as I greatly miss these belongings.

I purchased 8 Steam gift cards totaling $[redacted] from Best Buy yesterday. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam where I shared the gift card codes, and they were redeemed without my knowledge. I have reported this incident to the Pleasanton Police Department under case number 19-[redacted]. Police Officer Rudy Granados is handling my case, and you can reach him at [redacted] or [redacted] I am reaching out to see if the redeemed codes can be canceled to prevent any further use by the scammer. Yesterday at work around 2:30 PM PST, I received a notification from the Steam app regarding a change in my mobile authentication to another device. Despite having secure information, I discovered someone was attempting to alter my account without any prior notifications. I promptly regained control of my account and updated my details. However, my valuable skins were traded for different items on cs.money and then transferred to another account. This loss is distressing as I have diligently secured my account and utilized 2-factor authentication. While retrieving my items may not be possible, I am open to receiving duplicates. The trades can be viewed in the linked images. I have reached out to cs.money, but they are unable to assist further. My skins are currently with the mentioned bot, and the account that received the trades can be found here. Thank you for your attention.

I recently requested a refund for the game Rust, which I purchased on the same day I tried to get the refund. I spent 3 hours attempting to connect to servers, exceeding the game's 2-hour limit for refunds. I detailed the issues in the refund request notes and feel I should qualify for a refund based on the circumstances. It is frustrating that I needed a refund due to being unable to play the game after spending extensive time trying to make it work. I encountered difficulties for three hours, which I find unfair as I only exceeded the maximum time limit by one hour. I believe this situation should be addressed promptly. Thank you for reviewing this matter, and I hope for a resolution.

I recently had an issue with my account being temporarily closed due to a misunderstanding. Another user, "CaptainCannon," mistakenly reported me after falling victim to a scam. Subsequently, a person claiming to be a Steam employee, named "[SR] Panabla," contacted me requesting payment to reopen my account. I complied with the initial request of $50 but now he is asking for an additional $50 to fully unlock it, which I cannot afford. I am concerned about the authenticity of this individual and the possibility of losing access to my account and the games I purchased. I am hesitant to provide more money for something I did not do. I need help resolving this matter before the deadline on Friday, March 29, [redacted].

Hello, I have encountered an issue with my account which has been temporarily closed. The situation arose when a user named "CaptainCannon" wrongly reported me, leading to this suspension. Subsequently, another user by the name of "[SR Panabla]" requested my login information under false pretenses, claiming to be able to help resolve the matter. After complying, I was asked to pay $50 to regain access, which I did, depleting my funds. To my dismay, an additional $50 was requested with the threat of further consequences if not paid. I am concerned about the safety of my account and assets, as well as the potential loss of over [redacted] DDK worth of games and gift cards. The deadline given to me is Friday, March 29, [redacted]. I am hesitant to proceed without clarification on the legitimacy of the individual involved.
