Frostpunk, bought on *th February**The game has a big tendency to crash on my computer and this is a big issue considering that my rig is capable of handling new games and high quality, it would launch and after about * minutes freeze and crash. The game for me is unplayable and it's a waste of space and money at this point. I do not want to have a game that I cannot enjoy. Please consider the fact that I spent money on a game that I cannot play properly without it crashing. Any recommended fixes on the forums are not helping and I won't be reinstalling my windows for a game that has given me a very bad impression. Perhaps the game is very enjoyable, but I cannot see it as such at the current moment. So please consider this a little bit longer that a few seconds. I am aware that it is past the * week refund period but we are literally talking a month from when I purchased the game. I couldn't do it previously because I was caught up with my work and university related issues and refunding the game got pushed back in terms of priorities. Now that I have a bit more time on my hands I am doing it now. Therefore, please consider issue rather that give me an automated ticket.
